Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueCUT not once, but TWICE during my pedicure. Not even an “I’m sorry” from the nail tech. Although this is not surprising as he did not speak to me the entire time. The first time he cut my toe with a cuticle cutter and I thought, accidents happen. He put some blue liquid on it and went on with the pedicure. Not even 5 minutes later, he cuts the side of my foot with the metal foot file. OUCH! This time it hurt! I had to show him that I was bleeding. No response… More blue liquid and he went on with the pedicure. Both cuts bled the entire rest of the time. When it was time to paint my toes, he pulls out a brown color. I chose a pink color but he says that the color I chose was gel. The color I chose was on the same shelf as the regular colors so how was I supposed to know this? I am not sure why I wasn’t asked to choose a new color. I had to ask for a color that was more pink. The girl next to me chose a gel color and was later told that the particular color she chose was out but her tech chose a similar color for her. Why are we told to choose a color upon arrival just for the techs to later choose for us? I am 38 weeks pregnant and just 4 short days away from giving birth to my daughter. This was supposed to be a treat to myself but was far from it. I chose not to stay for a manicure and was told “no discounts” despite this TERRIBLE experience. I guess that’s what I get for going to a nail salon in Walmart. Although I’ve had a very pleasant experience at the nail salon in the Walmart on Preston. Just paid $35 for a very painful pedicure and open wounds and unfortunately my feet are not even soft. See the the picture to see how dry and rough my heels still are. A lot of people on the reviews complained about the price…. Well I didn’t think it was to bad. I’m use to paying 80 bucks for a full set. So I came out cheaper coming here. Now I did go when they 1st opened . So not sure how busy they get, but I will be back.After reading some reviews I didn’t think I wanted to try them out.. So glad I did..!! After reading some reviews I didn’t think I wanted to try them out.. So glad I did..!! My nails have been on for Three weeks with no problems.. Critical: QualityTerrible this is the worst set I have ever gotten. Crookedly placed uneven one hand longer than the other. My fingers were cut to the point of bleeding 3x an the clear is full of bubbles it is terrible my left pinky finger i don’t know what they did but it’s extremely miss shapen. Terrible this is the worst set I have ever gotten. Crookedly placed uneven one hand longer than the other. My fingers were cut to the point of bleeding 3x an the clear is full of bubbles it is terrible my left pinky finger i don’t know what they did but it’s extremely miss shapen.
