Allowed my 16 year old to go here and get her nails done on her own… As you can see in the photo many of them are crooked and have runs in the polish. I insisted she go back and get them redone but she said the lady working on them was rude and she was afraid that she would be mean about it. When I called them their only solution was for her to come back in and the same lady would redo it I explained that that we would not want the same lady and they said that was the only option.

The woman who my nails didn’t even listen to what I was saying. Nails were uneven and even the gel nail paint was not applied properly. When I told her she just bursted saying no one ever complained and just tried to convince me that it looks good. I couldn’t talk anymore as she wasn’t even listening. I had to leave. Now I need to look for another nail salon to fix her mistake. What a waste.

I had modest expectations of a salon located in Walmart, but this is my new favorite place. Very clean and bright, reasonable prices, excellent service. I had a spa pedicure that included the best leg massage I’ve ever had. I was almost tempted not to write this review because I don’t want them to get too busy to see me.

I have been going here for close to 8 years. I have complaints but it’s only about one of the employees. Overall, Regal Nails in Middletown is Great! Jim and Nina run a nice salon and most of their employees do fantastic work. I recently had Anthony do my nails and he did an awesome job! I’ve never noticed anything being unclean at this Salon. Ever.

Jim & Nina a great. All girls are nice. I get Dip powder & they never crack, chip, break even if I am overdue and Nina does my nails. She never rushes. Love it here. Very relaxed.
