I kept telling the woman that she glued the nail on wrong but she didn’t acknowledge me nor what I was saying. She just kept doing my nails. They’re all uneven,and nothing like what they’re supposed to be. She then showed me a color and I agreed to it. I’m glad to read I’m not the only one who had their price changed by the manager. The nail tech was told to charge me more for my pedicure and I have no idea why! The manager of this place is very rude and appears to charge people by their appearance instead of the price list posted. Will never go there again. Pedicure

If I could do zero stars I would. I’m not quick to rate any business negatively but this is what it is. I had my nails done by the older lady…. she was sweet but she is not good with acrylics. I ended up looking like I had clubbed nails and had to go home and make them look somewhat presentable. I told her I was unhappy with my nails. I’m certain she understood me. She tried to fix them but they never got better. I’m calling tomorrow for a refund…. If I would have known I would have to fix them, I could have done them myself. I was also not pleased with the sanitation in this shop.

I moved to this area 15 months ago and after disappointingly trying several nail salons in the area, I finally went into Regal. Since that day I’ve had a standing appt for my nails. I recently celebrated my 1 year anniversary with the salon! Suzie does the dip on my nails and they have never been stronger and more beautiful in my life ! I also get my pedicure and facial waxing done by her, her mom and the rest of her staff. Everyone there is always delightful and professional. The salon is pretty and always clean. I now bring family and even guest in when they are in town. Trust me when I say I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I am now and will remain a loyal customer for LIFE!

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. First of all when the tech did mu nails they were horrible. The polish was sticky and I could literally see the bubbles and lines on my nails. When I asked for them to be polished a different color the tech pushed me out the chair telling me to pick a different color. I asked her not to put her hands on me. Even worse are she was repolishing my nails she reaches over and put a bottle of polish in my bra telling me to take the polish and she didn’t want the camera to see her give it to me. I never asked for it. I was shocked and speechless. Plus my nails doesn’t look any better. I will never ever return to this place. I felt violated from her touching me inappropriately.

Went here last night..smh. I arrived at about 4:45pm. A older lady did my nails. I got a pedicure and refill. My total was $67.00My thumb polish is lifing and its gel polish. They polished my nails 3 times because each time they did my toe nails look like a 5 year old polished them.
