Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy daughter and I went here and I won’t be returning. I asked for a mani & pedi with gel for my 10 yr old daughter. The guy that did it had an attitude as if he didn’t want to be there, he only used gel polish for her nails and not toes like I asked, the polish started peeling the same night. The lady that did my pedi and acrylic was very nice but the quality of her work was not good. My gel polish on my toes looks as if I did it myself and my nails looks good under dimmed lights that’s why I didn’t realize how horrible they were until I arrived home. The gel polish on my nails has so many bubbles in them and the shape of my nails are not up to par. $52 for my daughter & $85 for my service. Called to ask for a refund the manager was not polite and said I couldn’t get a refund. The guy that did it had an attitude as if he didn’t want to be there, he only used gel polish for her nails and not toes like I asked, the polish started peeling the same night. Went here to get my nails done for my wedding the lady did a good job overall but the design was AWFUL! So I had to go back and have it redone, it took them 4 times to redo it I’m not sure if they are skilled to even do designs? I paid close to 50 dollars for a overlay with gel and some cheesy design on my ring finger that was not worth 5$ so next time I will be going to my usual salon spot and will pay more to make sure it’s done correctly.

Went to get acrylic nails removed lady said she would have to cut my nails I said I didn’t want my nails cut. She said if took off I would have very thin nails. My nails are very thick. She got upset and left me there then another worker came soaked and removed acrylic no problem. Then manicure drew blood on every finger even after being told she was hurting me. Will never go back and will not recommend. I have been to regal nails at other locations and never been treated or hurt in such a manner.

I want to say a bigThank you to the ladies that work here. I had my nails done here today and on my way out of the Walmart I fell busting my knees open and completely messed my nails up. Not only did they fix my nails, but they also bandaged me up and calmed me down. You ladies are wonderful and my nails are beautiful. Thank you all so much.

I have been getting my nails done since I was 15 and now 28 I’ve only been cut twice and she doubled that in one sitting. I would no recommend this place at all! TUESDAY THE 7th OF JULY. and i got the lady all the way in the back. i needed my toes painted and a full acrylic set. lady in the back was VERY rough on my toes. and even cute my nails too short. and when it was time to do my acrylics. she cut every single cuticle. and i was bleeding by the time i left. two days after i left, my middle finger broke bc it wasn’t properly done. and then my index nail broke off. i will NEVER go here again. i will make sure to not recommend my friends to this place. i called several times and nobody answered the phone. and when i called again to ask about a refund. they told me no. so i will be going up there when i’m back in town and complaining.went in last week.
