There was not a price list nor a menu and I should have asked first. They charged $18 to change my toe polish and an extra $3 which is the thing that really bothers me the most because I was already getting a fill and quickly said there was a repair and put one dot of glue on my pinky and carried on doing it I didn’t even know what she was talking about but obviously if she’s doing my nails there is no extra charge for a repair. It is just a ploy to add and pad charges. Very tricky and I won’t go back. They think they’re getting away with the extra charges but be warned. Ask prices first. They’re supposed to have a price board up or a menu.

If 0 stars were an option that would be it for me. They curse there, you tell them what you want and whether they feel like it they might do it. You ask questions and they act like they can’t be bothered. The prices that they quote are different. My second visit there to see if they could redeem themselves after making my cuticles on my fingers and my toes bleed and it was just worse. They’re very unprofessional and they give attitude when they’re not listening and then blame you for giving attitude when you have been telling them what you wanted the entire time. They just do not care and try to make you feel less than them about what you wanted. If they do not know how to fix or do something they just say no instead of asking if someone else may know. I can’t believe they allow this business here. After 2 disappointing visits I will not be returning.

I went to this place because the other nail shop I went to wasn’t as good and I didn’t even have a decent shape. This place fixed me up and my nails felt and looked so much better! Critical: QualityI will not be going back ever! The lady did not apply the acrylic correctly and they’re were gaps along my cuticles. It looked las if they they had grown out 2 weeks. I told her about it and she “fixed” it by filing down the edges and adding more clear coat. She then proceeded to tell me how it was my fault that it happens because I used soap when I washed my hands. She also cut my finger and made me bleed when she was trimming my nails. Very clean, all the staff was very friendly. The prices were clearly stated on their easy to read price list.
