I was really happy the 1st couple of times visiting, but lately, not so much. I recently took them off and started with a new set only to have them lifting and coming off a few days later. When I called about getting one fixed, I was asked to wait another day because they wanted to close early. Had to go elsewhere and redo the whole set again. I gave 3 stars because they are fast once they get around to you.

Only giving one star because i can’t go any lower. I never Leave Reviews anywhere, Let alone bad ones but this one needs to be out there. I have been going to this Salon on and Off for many, Many years. Not my “go to” but if my place is too busy i’ll run in for a quick fill in. On Saturday i went in for a Fill in, I felt so rushed but was only me and one other girl in at that time. He applied my acrylic, Then polish. Did not file my nails or even them out. They were so Uneven, The edges were rough and the polish looked like a 3 year old did it. I waited until Monday to call to ask him if he would mind fixing them for me since they were so bad, All Danny’s response was, Was “ok” Then he hung up. So I called back and told him i did not appreciate being hung up on, He said i told you we do not take appointments (Which i did not even ask for) And hung up on me again. I am aware that business’ get busy, Especially during the holidays. But there was only 2 people in the entire salon at my visit. I would much rather sit there for an hour for my nails to look decent than to be inout in 20 minutes when my toddler could have done a better job. For me it was the Customer service during the phone call. Completely Unprofessional and for that, I will not be going back, Do better Danny

And they are open 7 days a week. He tries very hard to do your nails right but fast so you are not there for hour or more. Went in for full set acrylic nails. The young boy trimmed my nails so fast I was scared he was going to cut me. He missed a couple also. He proceeded to fit the tips and I told him he applied one crooked and it was like I insulted him and he was cross with me and said it wasn’t and that Danny would fix it when he took over. Very rushed like he had better things to do. 2 days later I was lifting a plastic lid off a bowl and the tip flew off the same nail I had complained to him about and it hurt like hell. I will not go back, not even to get this fixed, I will use plastic nail until I can get in somewhere else. They need to slow down and take care of the customers and I would recommend replacing the young man with the attitude.

I went there earlier today to get Valantine’s day nails and I showed them what I wanted and they got to work right away, as soon as they started they were putting on my nails and clipping them and then when they got the nail glue on it was really hot and they were very rough and it was painful. my nails were super crooked. They also look very cheesy, I’d rather get press on Valentine’s Day nails than these. 50$ down the drain.

We love going here to get our nails done , it’s close to home an they ate super super fast at getting u in an out 30 mins or less. . Onky down fall I’ve encountered is 1 week after getting nails done they are already needing to b filled in again or fallin off all together
