When I took my niece to get her basic manicure, they showed her colors that were gel options without telling us. So I paid $35 for a $20 manicure. A total bait and switch.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came in for dip service and needed tips as well. The man who did my nails rushed through it and I have cuts all along my nails and he even cut the top of my thumb when cutting down the tips and didn’t even seem phased. I also requested the “squoval” shape and it ended up being a mix of coffin and square. The color doesn’t even go around the bottom of my nails.Service: Dip powderI came in for dip service and needed tips as well. Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy wait time was actually longer than my pedicure. When she started I thought she was in a marathon, going so freaky fast and cut my toe . Blood was gushing out. If you are tired just tell customers no availability or close.Service: Pedicure

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis doesn’t deserve 1 star.. The wait time took longer than the actual pedicure. Not to mention she cut me! The paint job is awful and I’m not satisfied in the least little bit! First and LAST time here!

This was my first time here. I always go in my home town. I was here visiting family. Customer service could have been worse/better. I had gel polish. It had bumps and dents and in 2 days it started peeling back. That is the first time I experienced that. I didn’t even know it could do that. Where I have mine done at usually it lasts for 6 weeks or longer, then it’s just because my nails have grown out.

First time here and it looked pretty legit. When I sat down to get my nails done I realized he was using the same tools he had used on my friend who went before me. I sat next to her while got hers done and when she finished he sat me down in the chair she was in. I got acrylics which are like 35 and up which was fine. When he started filing my nails with that electric filer he used the same ones he used on her which I thought was pretty gross and unsanitary. I asked him if he could do a coffin shape on my nails and he told me for that specific shape it would cost extra. Never in my life have I ever heard of a salon charging extra for a damn shape of the acrylic. But anyways, so I told him that was fine. He grinded my natural nails so far down to the nail bed that when he put the base coat on it was like a burning pain and I pulled my hand away bc it hurt. He pulled my hand right back and continued without any concern and kept doing it. When he cut my coffin shapes they were all uneven and I kept telling him but he didn’t listen and they just turned out like long square nails. So I basically paid him more for like nothing. When he was filing the acrylics to get ready to paint them I felt like he was literally ripping my real nails right off my fingers, it hurt so much. It was truly a horrible experience and wouldn’t recommend. I asked for him to make my nails matte and he did a horrible job. After filing my nails the salon I used go to will have me wash the dust of my hands so it won’t mix with the polish but this guy just started on it right after using the file and I was honestly shook. PLUS usually at the end usually they rub lotion onto your hands to make them nice and soft, this guy just squirted a huge glob on my hand and nails and pushed his chair back and walked away. When my friend was paying for her he even had the nerve to ask her for a cash tip. When they take card. He also ended up asking me. It says cash tips are appreciated everywhere I didn’t actually expect them to like corner you for it. I ended up tipping him on card but only bc I felt pressured to tip him. Overall I paid 50 dollars for the nails and all the extra charges he applied. Don’t go it’s not worth it. It’s overpriced and your nail beds don’t deserve that kind of torture. It’s been a few hours and my nails under these acrylics are still hurting and throbbing anytime I move or pressing my nail it hurts so much. I want to cry.

Do not recommend this place to anyone! Came in to get dip nails and did a horrible job. My nails are so bulky and actually over lap my cuticles which I may add were not cut properly. The man I had kept walking out of the store to take phone calls which is highly unprofessional. Maybe instead of taking phone calls and going on three smoke breaks it would allow you to perform your job better. This is a terrible excuse for a nail salon.
