I had a mani and pedi done last month. I chosed this place because of some positive reviews but my experience was not so. Anna did my finger nails and she talked on her cellphone almost the entire time. She put the nails tips on with so much glue that she had my skin underneath the nail tips glued to the nails on several fingers. She also put the acrylic on way too thick. All of this while talking (in her language) on the phone. Finally I asked if she could get off the phone she said “this is my phone, it’s my birthday and my friend called so we can see what we’re going to do.” So I politely said happy birthday and she said “it’s not my birthday my birthday is tomorrow. I asked her to clean up the glue underneath my nails on my skin and she said “I don’t want to cut your skin.” I said “so this is what your talking on the phone caused”. No apology whatsoever just attitude from her.
