My 14 year old daughter asked for a certain green color, the lady was incredibly rude with her after my child pointed out that she was painting her nails with clear top coat then argued with her about the color she chose, even though the man that works that as well told her that my daughter had in fact told her green. She then started to file the nails even tho they had been painted. Until the adult with her came over was only when she wanted to fix the nails. At one point, my daughter moved some and she slammed her hand on the table.

Well we asked for dip powered on our real nails after acrylics was taken off and it was ridiculous. Since we wasn’t regulars they didn’t have enough time to do our nails. And then man was very rude and hateful. And the woman was rude about getting our money. And will never come back here. Most hateful people.

Got gel nails and it they lasted 2 days and the polish started peeling off in layers. Lady was rude and rough getting previous gel polish off that lasted 4 weeks. Only lasting 2 days is ridiculous!

They are horrible the woman that did mine today yelled at one lady and told her if she messed her nails up she didn’t have time to fix them bc she was busy yet it was only that lady my mom and myself. I told her I wanted my nails short she never asked was the length okay I asked her to redo my thumb bc she cut it so short it was with my real nail. She had an attitude even though she had did nothing but cut the nails it’s not like I asked her to redo it after she finished everything. She kept jerking and twisting my arm and just very hateful and all this happened after I asked her to put another nail on. I will never go back there I have called their customer service number and am waiting to hear back from them Monday.

I have never had a problem with Regal nails… They have always done my nails exactly the way I want them.. They never pressure you to get a different style of nail or try to get you to add anything… very friendly…even if your shopping at Walmart they will ask how your doing!
