Critical: ProfessionalismI have been a loyal customer for years and have recently stopped going to this nail salon. I get a manicure and a pedicure every two weeks like clock work. I always come in at 5:40PM because my business does not close until 5:30PM. The last four times I have been, Karla basically made me feel like a burden because I come in an hour and twenty minutes before closing. So instead of getting rushed pedicures and having 3 people work on get a gel manicure to just have lumps in the polish, I decided my time and money are worth more. Side note, customers who come in later in the day do it because they have no choice, sometimes they tip more because they realize the inconvenience.I did decide to come back and give your salon a chance. I had yet another poor experience. I had a nail technician that had only been employed 3 days do a pedicure and a manicure. She literally told me she had never done a manicure before and asked me if she was doing it correctly. She put cuticle oil on my fingers didn’t touch my cuticles, granted my nails are in great shape because I go every two weeks for a manicure. The manicure wasn’t even the issue. My horrible pedicure was. No dead skin was removed from the heel, near my toes anything. I have blemishes all in the polish. I called spoke with the owner and complained they said they would fix it. I went back and the inexperienced nail technician was still doing pedicures. I didn’t want her to fix it. I didn’t want to sit next to her while I had my nails fixed either. So I asked for a refund. I was I informed I was charged incorrectly. That I should have been charged an additional $10 so I would only be getting a $17 refund. I asked why. And told the owner the girl literally told me she didn’t know how to give a pedicure. I left without the refund. I went to another nail salon and had my pedicure fixed. I have been a loyal customer for years and have recently stopped going to this nail salon. I get a manicure and a pedicure every two weeks like clock work. I always come in at 5:40PM because my business does not close until 5:30PM. Critical: ValueI went in for a refill this afternoon and had them “trimmed”. Now, two weeks ago I went to Franklin, TN and had the set put on AND a pedicure for $60. Apparently these were gel, but when I went to pay, $47 dollars! For a fill? 13 bucks more and I could’ve had a fresh set AND pedicure! Never again. Fast service and was only asked if “I come here often?” Why? So you can over charge me and literally have 4 different people work on them from start to finish? Yikes! I went in for a refill this afternoon and had them “trimmed”. Now, two weeks ago I went to Franklin, TN and had the set put on AND a pedicure for $60. Apparently these were gel, but when I went to pay, $47 dollars! For a fill? 13 bucks more and I could’ve had a fresh set AND pedicure! Never again. Critical: QualityWent in for a Fill in and wanted my nails square round which means the sides are round not the whole nail. I had to file the extra acrylic myself. And there wonder why I stopped going in. It’s not like it use to be.Service: Gel manicures
