I made an appointment on Friday. I was charged $106 for a service. All my nails are crooked, some lumpy, I have no polish on the sides of my nails. I left with my big toe bleeding ( I get regular pedicures and no ingrown nails) 2 days later my gel polish on my toes are now chipping. My toe nails are now round instead of straight. When I brought this up to the woman doing my nails there was no resolution. I understand nails are a luxury but this is in no way a $106 service. When asked about the price, I was shown the price sheet and nothing added up. I’ve emailed corporate and will gladly send pictures. I’m embarrassed at how bad they look. I’ve been here many times and they have always looked great. Lena ( pretty sure that is her name) is not a good mail tech. I pray my toe doesn’t get infected.

I have no words. My nails were left uneven and lumpy. One nail was way longer than the other. There was dried up cuticle left on the bottom. If you’re out of options for nail salons don’t even go here. It’s not worth the time or money. Get your nails done by better people.

I’m very hurt, physically, and mad too! I told Lena my skin is very sensitive and still she made me bleed! Then she said she didn’t hear me say that! She probably didn’t hear me because she didn’t pay attention to what I said! She was chatting with a coworker about something that happened with a previous client. She was trying to stop the bleeding with liquid steptic. Then she put alcohol on it too! Then at the end she put something that looked like cooking oil all over my hands and arms! I’m definitely complaining to the Florida Dept of licensing and regulation. I’m 68 and I tell every new person about my very thin skin and I bleed easily. Someone else who did my nails for a long time never had a problem. She was grinding on my edges like she was chopping wood! I rushed home to soak my hands and sanitize them immediately! Also she charged me $45 for a basic fill, I had no broken or chipped nails. I am so done with this place! Oh by the way I have been to nail school so I know a bit about good customer care! I’d do them myself but I can’t due to arthritis! Too bad because it’s place in Walmart could be a money maker!

Excellent service I would come in from Jacksonville to have my nails done. The manager did my nails for me and saved one nail that I was ready to loose with her knowledge and care, if I had gone anywhere else I would have lost my nail. I have moved back from out west and came back to this salon and have a great person who does the healthy nails and she is great. All techs are knowledgeable and have great personalities, would recommend to everyone.

I went there once. My sister got her nails done the day before I did and her acrylics were coming off. I then had to pay to have them removed completely and redone. Two days after I had mine done the polish began to come off as well as my acrylics. Over all the experience was pleasant because they were all very nice but the younger girl is rude and nasty. They did a good job putting the acrylics on they just wouldn’t adhere probably due to not removing the oils from our nails.

Terrible experience…nail tech was nice but new…was too “light handed” with manicure and pedicure services, mgr kept coming over giving instructions which made me uncomfortable. Long story short I was not satisfied with the services bc nail polish started chipping off the next day. When I called mgmt to express my concerns she advised me they would repair mistakes, but I would have to pay. I informed her that most services are guaranteed up to a week at no cost to the client, inwhich she then said for me to come back in for a redo…needless to say I won’t be going back there.

This was the worst pedicure I have ever had. This woman dug into my skin next to my toenail (I guess trying to remove an ingrown toenail which I have never had) and when I told her to stop because it hurt she insisted it needs it. Unless you are a trained medical professional, pretty sure you shouldn’t be performing invasive procedures on people. I asked if they sanitize their equipment in the autoclave (since she made me bleed) and she assured they do but she just pulled it out of her bin without it being in an autoclave sleeve. Pretty sure this woman is going to give someone hep c or hiv, just hope it wasn’t me. Worst polish job and nails were all crooked at that! DO NOT GO HERE!! This place needs to be reported!

I normally go to Tony. He’s honestly the best tech I’ve ever gone to. I’ve been seeing him for 8 months now. Service is always so pleasant and he really takes the time to do my nails and not just rush. Always happy when I leave the salon.

I get my French pedicure there and have always been happy with it. Have been going there for over 11 years now. Will continue to go there. They recently remodeled the salon and it is very nice. Very convenient being inside the Wal-Mart as well.
