Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTook my daughter here for her 5th birthday as promised. We were both getting petties and her a manicure as well. They didn’t have a small chair for her for starters. No big deal. We were quickly seated to a table for her Manicure after about 5 minutes. While getting her cuticles done by the nice lone white woman in the place, the rude square-haired Asian man walked up and rudely said “She no need cuticle,” and to the woman’s chagrin, ordered her to stop as he motion for my daughter and I to come over to the chairs he was preparing. Reluctantly we got up and sat in the chair (they didn’t spray the chairs down with sanitizer, but luckily we had our own). While my Pooh and I got our feet done simultaneously, the woman, who was doing my feet, was expressing how rude and uncalled for the initial exchange was. Anyway, my baby and I left to get ice cream. Not even 3 hours after leaving, my daughter was in tears because the polish on her thumb had fallen off. Now, here it is, the next night and 40% of her birthday gift is gone as 4 fingers are without whatever cheap polish the guy used. I highly recommend that you do not go here! Unpolished!!! Took my daughter here for her 5th birthday as promised. We were both getting petties and her a manicure as well. They didn’t have a small chair for her for starters. No big deal. We were quickly seated to a table for her Manicure after about 5 minutes.
