Critical: QualityMy Tech was great at eyebrow and lip waxing!! Asked her days on schedule. My eyebrows needed TLC. She did amazing! Then to get a manicure with Gel Polish 1st thing told her color goes to put it on I’m like that’s not the color 278. Which I noticed she brought over 279. No problem at all she brings back 278. Then starts polishing my nails me well maybe after lamp they won’t look brown end of polishing. I’m like the color I choose was a literal like midnight Blue. At register and before I’m like this isn’t the color I choose. Tech well maybe wash a few times let her wear it ya when it’s open a lot color changes. Me water shouldn’t change also telling lady at register let her wear it a few days.. My only day off and my problem as the tech u knew the color was wrong I said maybe get a new bottle or labels are off. Meanwhile speaking to each other in their language. I believe they gave me discount 40.00 for nail lip eyebrow wax . I went in for a Manicure on MY nails, not acrylic etc. I requested not to use the electric file to take off the old gel & to do soak & scrap. She agreed, but then started using the electric file saying it would be lightly. It thinned out my nails. I asked for white & red tip. She was unable to do it cleanly so I settled for plain white tips. The polish started to shrivel so she had to start over. The lines aren’t straight, the white is wavy & overly thick, the gel is in excess, I got cut twice. I asked for my nails to be short because they grow fast. She couldn’t seem to cut them short so I cut & filed my nails down for her.my hands were so dry after all was done. She put very little lotion on for the massage & then finished with hand sanitizer causing my skin to be excessively dry. I am devastated & just beside myself. A waste of time & money. 3rd picture added to review 5 days after the shellac is chipping off.

They are fast and efficient! I have to have my nails done. Have too! But I hate the lengthy process. There’s a magician there. He’s amazing but don’t know his name unfortunately. He’ll have you out in 45 minutes or less and that’s with removing your old set. Definitely not a let down. Would prefer more glitter colors though

Went yesterday to get my nails redone. I like pink and white. None of the nail techs have the same colored dark pink I like. Last time I went they couldn’t match the pink so I had 2 shades of pink. This time the dark pink looks almost red. It’s terrible. I will have to go and find another nail salon to fix these. Which is going to cost me double. I paid for yesterday and now I will have to pay to have these fixed. I’m very dissatisfied.

Grew my nails long so they could round them. She didn’t shape them at all looks like a five year old did them. To busy talking to others and and kept putting polish on without drying time. Will not return and would never recommend. Now have to grow my nails out to have them done somewhere else . Manicure

I have worked with several ladies in there. The man that works there always cut my fingers filing with two files. However I will only let Natalie do my nails. She is so good and the only reason I will use this salon. With Natalie I know I will get the best mani pedi. She is a perfectionist and does not rush you In And out. Thank you Natalie.

Keeping in mind this is a COVID time and every company is taking a beating, this salon is trying CERY hard to follow those guide lines and still giving u service. This is your standard family owned business (and yes they are citizens) but it’s a standard nail salon not high end. Even with being a basic nail salon I feel they gave great service for what it cost me. We have a friend Miss Helen who told me about this location and I got in and out in 40 min with a entire pink and white French tip set put on for less then 50 bucks (including tip n 2 decor nails added) so they do amazing for what they claim to be.
