Just your average nail salon. Called to book appointments, but was cut off and told just to come in an hour. We come in an hour later, and were told to wait an additional 40 minutes. We didn’t get sat until 15 minutes after the 40 minutes. You truly get what you pay for. Cheap, and not super clean. Reused a lot of tools for the services. Used dirty files. I didn’t see anyone cleaning out the pedicure tubs afterwards. Gloves weren’t used the entire time. My feet weren’t smooth afterwards. I was also quoted the wrong prices over the phone, which wasn’t very helpful.

I went to get a pedicure. They put my feet in COLD water, never had cold water for a pedicure. It was dirty, no plastic bags in the pedicure station. They put me in a dirty wore out chair so I wasn’t comfortable to begin with. They are $5 more than the other Walmart on Commercial where I usually go to. Then the lady tells me she has to charge another $5.00 to do my heels. I never in my life had to pay extra to have my feet grated or whatever it’s called so I left. I will just go get mine done at a better salon and she missed out on a good tip by trying to rip me off because I always tip good. Not to mention she kept trying to push gel when I picked my color and it wasn’t gel. Just for a Halloween party. I get my feet done every week or 2 so I know the drill.

In the process of getting my nails done I decided to “treat” myself to a pedicure. Imagine my surprise when in about 24 hours my big toe started hurting really bad! Upon closer review the “nail tech” cut my nail shorter than she should have! Now I have a new issue! I am prone to in-grown toe nails and she knew that considering she saw a toe nail had been removed surgically.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I went to get my gel polish removed and another one. I was originally to be with Kim, but she had a family emergency. So, I got Cilia. Initially, everything was fine. UNTIL… I saw her put the leftover acetone polish remover back into the squeeze bottle where she had it. THEN, she didn’t even rinse out the little bowls where she put the acetone in to soak my nails. Granted she did a great manicure on me. But, that other stuff she did just grossed me out. Then 2 days later, I get a fungussy looking thing on my right hand. The skin is peeling and cracking. But, blessedly it is only on my right hand. So, I am putting Aquaphor on it at night with bandages and hopefully, it will either lessen or go away entirely.

If i could give less I would. Very rude my feet look the same she couldn’t even remove calluses. Very upset im watching other women get nice job n my lady has NO CLUE WHAT SHES DOING. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had. Then the manager tells me I need 2 come more often….sry some ppl cant afford to get there feet done ALL the time but regardless how much money I have I deserve to get what I paid for.
