The salon is dirty. The staff seems disinterested. Wasn’t asked what shape nails I wanted. Not a great polish change…nails were left rough.-edged. She wanted to do my nails while I was at the pedicure chair. I refused. It’s just convenience to them. Both employees were yawning L OUDLY.. IS THIS A REGAL NAILS thing?

My mom and I went to get pedicures Saturday afternoon, June 4. Mom and I were sat next to each other and he filled moms basin with water. The water was barely luke warm so my mom asked him to make the water warmer. He muttered something we couldnt understand and did nothing. She asked him again and he still did nothing, but again mutter something we didn’t understand. I asked him twice. At this time he became angry And all of a sudden sudden instead of just draining the water and adding warmer he got a bowl and started angrily slinging water from my moms basin to the basin beside her and getting water everywhere. He was muttering something the whole time and he was being rough with her. My mom told him he needed to get a mop and clean up the mess. He muttered more and threw a towel over the mess. He started being rough again and my mom told him he hurt her ankle the way he grabbed it. At that point I said I didnt want him doing my nails. Finally he settled down but didnt even ask her which pedicure she wanted. He did the quickest one and was done. My mom is on vacation here and this was supposed to be a treat. This is no way to treat any customer, especially an 80+ year old woman. I would never recommend any to go to this spa. I couldn’t think at the moment but we should not have paid for that treatment/service.

The gentleman was very slow and detailed. So that was nice. Until he didn’t understand I wanted squoval, not oval. And the polish was loaded on. I had to go and didn’t have the heat to have him redo them. Walking around with bubbles for fingernails.

Will not b returning . Having your nails done should not hurt, nor should u have to use a burn solution on a client. I left w acrylic all over my cuticle along w a few cuts now a few days later they are of course lifting from the cuticle Acrylic nails

Always hate my nails. This was great work! Could have been more gentle with hands and nail beds, but overall great!

They messed up my sisters nails so bad. The shape of the acrylics didn’t match, the color is chipping after only two days, they were supposed to be white but there’s different colors in the white after she went under the light, due to other colors being mixed with the top coat polish. When we told them she wasn’t happy they ignored what we said. Would never come here again and won’t recommend to family or friends. Now I’m taking her elsewhere to get them fixed. Had a problem with a different regal nails before too. They wouldn’t see a disabled client. Very unprofessional and discriminatory.

Worst place ever my usual nail person was booked all week and I needed something quick not only was the guy that gave me my pedicure rude but he hit my leg for not moving it the way he wanted to I just wanted a deluxe with the foot scrubs not all that extra stuff he did it anyways and I asked if it was the same price because that’s not what I asked for he said yes but then over charged me way to much it wasn’t even a good job he left all the dead skin didn’t even do the massage
