The nail tech was busy and instead of telling me to come back tomorrow she takes me in. She clipped to shape my nails and she cut off my finger along with the nail. I picked out both of my colors by number and my toes are a different color than my nails. She never finished shapeing my nails and they all look wonky and different. Overall worst experience I’ve ever had. Pregnant and my hormones are just making me cry about it. I feel robbed, I gave her 60 for nails that aren’t shaped, a clipped finger and my toes don’t match. Wish I could give them zero stars.

This place is terrible!! They blame the customer for their mistakes and they do bad work!!! I even reported them to the corporate in baton rouge Louisiana and they just refuse to fix their problems! I’ve also noticed I am not the only one that they have chased off or stop the Nail Tech from fixing the nails that they screwed up while they were doing it! They feel they are entitled and I don’t know why but I would recommend going to another nail place or profiles where you can get your nails done professionally if you’re going to spend this kind of money!

Pretty good for the area, you have to be vocal and tell them not to rush and keep checking them, if not your nails will come out a mess. My white and gold nails are what they call “dip” nails. They put it on my natural nail and make them grow and it doesnt mess them up like gel polish do. They last me a month!
