Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI came to visit my mom and wanted to get my nails done. My mother had just heard about Kevin at Regal nails in Walmart on San Carlos Blvd. So we went there and to my surprise I was treated to the best in the business. He’s young but seems to have it down pat. Because my nails NEVER looked this good and the 2 glasses of Champagne didn’t hurt either. Great value and an excellent job. Got a pedicure from one of the girls. But it wasn’t going well and another “take charge” girl took over and fixed all the things the other didn’t. I spent a couple hours in the salon and had a great time and got a great job on my nails. I highly recommend this place. They are super busy but they keep everyone happy and have quite the system going*********Quick edit on Kevin at Regal nails in Walmart on Sand Carlos in Ft Myers. I went back home to Kentucky and was lucky enough to find an excellent, award winning mail artist right in my town. After going to her for the last year what a difference my nails are. She doesn’t use tips like Kevin. She sculptures your mail right on your finger with a form. She is very knowledgeable and professional. My mom has Sense stopped going to Kevin of Regal Nails in Walmart because instead of filling her nails he soaked and chipped away all the acrylic and started over. Every 2-3 weeks he would not fill my mother’s nails. And he charged her more each time. But I think is was how disrespectful he started being to my mom, she is 90 yrs old. He was very Kurt with her and started to actually abuse her with his words and attitude. He lost more than one customer. Because she lives in a senior park with over 600 sites not far from Walmart. I came to visit my mom and wanted to get my nails done. My mother had just heard about Kevin at Regal nails in Walmart on San Carlos Blvd. So we went there and to my surprise I was treated to the best in the business. Positive: ProfessionalismI have been coming here for two years. Kevin does an excellent job on my nails. I get dip and it lasts 3-4 weeks. He is very professionalI am not happy with the pedicure. I’ve had the same girl twice. She did not turn on the jets and her work is less than adequate. Critical: CleanlinessI was very disappointed in today’s service, I have NEVER had a manicure & pedicure that took only 20 minutes. I tried to get more than just the regular mani pedi, I could not make her understand so I just got the basic. The chair that I sat in was NEVER cleaned before or after me. The drying station was visible dusty & dirty. Never again!!! I tried to get more than just the regular mani pedi, I could not make her understand so I just got the basic. The chair that I sat in was NEVER cleaned before or after me.
