Worst experience ever if I can give -0 stars I would have done it…I should have known better but needed my nails done on Labor Day my technician was on vacation I was getting some grocery In Walmart so I decided to give them a tried and it was the worst decision I made never ever again horrible nails it’s looks so disgusting it looks like a 10 year old lil girl was learning playing doing my nails I left without saying anything didn’t crab the older lady name because there was more customers but when got in my car I decided to call to complain the lady that answered didn’t wanted to transfer the call to the owner saying he was busy but how’s is that??? when I was there they would stop attending the clients to answer phones to make appointments but she clearly new who I was. anyways the owner which says his not the owner or the manager said come back I’ll fix them but no refund. When clearly I don’t wanna give them the chance to touch my nails once’s again when they messed up my nails shape now I need to get them soak off ASAP by my PuertoRican technician
