I was going in for a little bit and they did a okay job. Today I went and wanted a gel manicure. Not only was I cut multiple times with the cuticle cutter but my nails are still burning after hours of getting them done I let the lady (I think her name was Tammy) know that my hands were burning with the UV light and she told me to try to keep my hands in there. I was in a lot of pain just for a manicure.Also it says they close at 7:30 but it wasn’t even 7 and everyone was rushing to get out. The salon was closed before 7:30. Most likely will never go back

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityEvery time I go I get a full set with Vinny and a pedicure with Jennifer. They seriously kill it every single time! Jennifer takes her time with the pedicure and makes my toes look perfect! Vinny is by far the best nail tech for acrylics. He is a true perfectionist and you can tell when your nails are finished. I like my acrylics oval shaped and somehow he achieves the perfect shape every single time. Prices have gone up recently but, I’m more than willing to pay for the consistently amazing work! This regal nails is by far the best and cleanest I have ever been to. After ever client they scrub down, and I mean scrub the foot baths and sanitize all of their tools after every customer. This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in a salon, if I could rate with 0 stars I’d do it. I went there to get my eyebrows waxed. I was very clear with the lady about please just clean up around it, KEEP THEM THICK, NOT THIN, I even showed a picture for her and she said OK. After I got them done my eyebrows were all horrible and messed up with a little thin line. Honestly I wanted to cry. She tried to explained to me something but she didn’t speak English at all, and apparently she didn’t understand it either. It was very frustrating to me since I’ve been here before I hadn’t had any problem with my eyebrows. Then she started to do to me manicure and she was very rude and tosh with her hands by the point that she was hurting me and she was doing it very bad. I asked very nicely to please do it softer and she just said OK (again) but she was doing it the same way, obviously she wasn’t understanding me. I asked for getting my nails done with someone else and I waited around 15 min more and no one was able so I paid for my wax a had to go. I wonder how someone can get an esthetician license and work with clients if she can’t even understand what a customer wants. I am very disappointed and now I have to wait some weeks or event a mont for my eyebrows to grow up. I definitely won’t come back.
