Actually not a bad little nail salon. Despite the lack of a spa environment, they do a nice job on your nails at a decent price. I asked them to do something they don’t usually offer and they did it . I believe her name was Kathy ( she sits in the back by sink ) did a a very nice job on my dip fills. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis people are very unprofessional, After waiting about an hour for an specific technician(who did my nails the last time) and was working on someone when I arrive plus had another lady besides me waiting in which I was ok with it. But then after she was done With everyone that was ahead of me. There comes another client Out of the blue and then they decided to send me off with another technician that to begin with I didn’t want. Just plane and simple NO RESPECT and playing with peoples time. Never going back and do not recommend. I value business that has respect for their clients. Mimi is THE best! I go here for pedis and an occasional mani and eyebrows shaping. I always make sure to make an appt because she is the ONLY person I go to. She knows my feet and eyebrows and never fails me. When my mom comes to town she always only sees MiMi as well. The shop is clean and the guy at the front desk is always pleasant. He’s the same way he was when I started going here over 5 yrs ago. I’ve seen some negative reviews in the past but I can say I’ve only had one negative experience; I decided to get a full set but not from Mimi because she doesnt do nails. The acrylics lifted and broke after a week. I wasn’t happy about that but for the services I do get, I think 5 stars is deserved.

Worst service ever!!! Pedicure was an absolute disaster. The technician was extremely rough cut my toes pretty bad and kept looking at me to see if I noticed when she cut me. It was a really half ass job and when I paid and left I noticed half of my big toe didn’t even have nail polish on it! There wasn’t even a smudge she just didn’t do a good job at all. This was the second experience I had with them only because I gave them the benefit of the doubt. First experience was terrible as well. A different tech older woman kept trying to get me to do a spa pedicure which I didn’t want and got mad at me because I wouldn’t do it. Terrible customer service after this experience will never return!

Do not I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL PLACE NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THEY ARE!!!! All the great nail techs that they had there have left or “moved away”. The youngest girl there cannot do nails to save her life I just checked not only are my pinky fingers are uneven as one is shorter than the other. Also one hand is slightly shaped different than the other. You can see through the nail polish as they put very thin layers. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

I went to Walmart to get my nails done at Regal nails. The young man there first he told me I couldn’t wash my hands after he got done filing them he just sprayed them with something and wiped them off. When he was polishing my nails he was real cheap with the polish. The topcoat he dipped it in once and he tryed to do all five nails with it instead of giving them a good coat or two . I went back and told him about it that it was not good and he said you just have to wash your hands. I told him that I was not going to come back again. He did a horrible job.

The manager is absolutely rude and unorganized! Expect to be prioritized based on how much you spend! It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been waiting. If someone comes in off the street and plans to spend more money, your 20!minute wait time turns into two hours. HORRIBLE, DESPICABLE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET! IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS I WOULD! I’ve been coming to this salon for a year because I moved and I’m honestly fed the heck up! It’s the same awful service! The wait alone makes this place a dump! And don’t bother trying to politely say that you had arrived two hours ago! That’ll just result in you being stared at without being given the decency of a response!

The worst, I just did my manicure and pedicure 30 minutes ago, the lady that did it ( the older one there forgot her name only remember she told me she is 59) the pedicure is horrible , and my manicure she scream at me because I told her it was bubbles and one got mess up to fix it, she make a big show ,want it to take the gel off so someone else can do it , the owner or manager a tall skinny Chinese , was smiling , I was so embarrassed , I pay 75 dollars and is so ugly my feet and my hands , I won’t go there anymore and please if you care about your money go some place else, very unprofessional and management is awful ,I feel that I wasted my money
