Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValuePathetic place. Terrible pedicure not worth the inexpensive price of 25 dollars!!Maybe the language barrier was part of the problem. Critical: ProfessionalismThe board says $35 but I was charged $45 at the counter. I got a French tip pink and the bed was a sparkle color. It’s the same process as regular but different colors I guess I didn’t know the French tip is up charged, I wasn’t told until after. Tech drilled into my nail bed like 4 times and my thumb was bleeding! I asked for a detail, The detail looks different on each nail no consistency. Didn’t get any discount either and he saw I was bleeding. This was extremely unprofessional. The board says $35 but I was charged $45 at the counter. I got a French tip pink and the bed was a sparkle color. It’s the same process as regular but different colors I guess I didn’t know the French tip is up charged, I wasn’t told until after. Ok I get it running late due to bad weather. after a 45 minute wait no one showed up. FYI there was no one on the way. Then they told me they could not take care of me ! four other people walked out the door along with me. Ok I get it running late due to bad weather. after a 45 minute wait no one showed up. FYI there was no one on the way.
