Called to get pricing and inquire about an appointment, the man on the phone said “okay just come in your talk too much” then literally hung up the phone. TERRIBLE customer service. I will most certainly NOT be coming in and will make sure I advise others to steer clear of this establishment as well. Extremely rude and clearly not customer oriented. Very disappointing.

Said he used more expensive nail polish, did different things, did NOT tell me any of the things would cost extra. Just did them anyways. He did not even do that great of a job, it was just tips with a stripe in between. And the was double? She pulled hangnails and ingrown nails and I didn’t feel anything the whole time she did my feet. Good leg and foot massage. I would request exfoliating next time. All over worth $25 and the tip.

Jessica is the absolute best! For a long time I’d go to just any place that was convienently located for me, but now I always make it a point to go to Jess. She convinced me to try gel powder a while back, and since then my nails have grown so much and are the healthiest they’ve ever been. The powder lasts over a month for me!
