I got a French manicure and within 3 hrs there were cracks in my Nails, I went back the following day, the guy somewhat fixed them but again cracks appeared. I went back 2 days later bc by this time part of 2 Nails fells off, the polish or gel, whatever it was, and they were rude, basically blamed me for it, would not refund the amount pd and I was told “get away from my desk” as the girl was doing a shooing motion with her hands.

Got a full set for my daughter and everything was going ok till I had to pay. They swiped my card and charged my card and proceeded to tell me that the transaction didn’t go through. I told them that it did and showed her the alert text I got from my bank. She insisted that it didn’t and I told her not to charge the card again and she swiped it again. I showed them the second text and she refused to refund me the second transaction. I called my bank right there and even the bank representative told her that there were two transactions and to refund one. They refused again. They had the nerve to tell me not to worry about this and to dispute it with the bank. Of course not because it’s not their money. Needless to say I will never go there again and I will be disputing the charges.

I hate this place. I don’t recommend it. The work that she did is horrible. She cut my 10 fingers and she tried to blame that I had dry cuticles. She cut me so bad that I couldn’t stand water running through me fingers. Eve though she cut me, she asked for a tip. I just hate it. The lady’s name is Kim.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Regal Nails. Kim has such a good bedside manner. The level of customer service I witnessed. Even when she was working on me. She made sure any and everyone who approached the entrance, she greeted them, learned their need, and gave then a time. Multi-tasking is hard to come by. Yes, the was a little longer than I expected, but well worth it. I went in got.a gel fill. And decided to do my eyelashes, & eyebrows (waxed, and tinted) tinted. Definitely returning. Thank you.
