I went to this place before Christmas 2021 like 1 week before Christmas. And oh no they messed up my nails they didn’t even glue them on right. there was a huge gap between my nail and the acrylic. Everything went in that gap dirt, food, water it was disgusting I tried to get it out with a brush with no luck. And when the woman was putting them on she wasn’t even looking at the mess she was doing, she was too busy taking to her coworkers and not looking. And she was really rough with my nails they hurt. I asked for square nails and she rounded them out from the sides and most of them were crooked. I’m not letting her touch my nails ever again.

The person who did it used an acrylic nail to remove them. Before he started, I told him I didn’t want my mail bed to be ruined and asked he didn’t use it, twice. He didn’t understand me and I should’ve just left but I thought maybe it wouldn’t turn out that bad. It turned out terrible, and then he went to file my nails down and the nail filer he had sucked and did nothing for my nails. I thought I’d go somewhere to get my nails taken out properly so that I wouldn’t ruin them doing it myself, but this was a mistake.

Regal Nails staff is very unprofessional and greedy. They need more training in pedicures. As you can see my toy nail, it looks red, ugly and painful. I went through such pain for no reason; I have been wondering if the guy that gave me French pedicure has been trained or has a license to take care of people’s nail. He was very careless even though he made me through so much pain, he used very cheap products that the French pedicure didn’t even last a week. he was very greedy and only cares about charging me for an unsatisfied and unprofessional was service.

It’s 5:14 a.m. on a Tuesday and I’ve barely been able to get any sleep due to the severe pain I’m experiencing under my nails. I came to this salon with some family members I’m in town visiting. They go there every one in a while but I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and even a bit concerned. I got a pedi and gel mani by the only man that was there that day (not sure what his name is). He was very nice as was the rest of the staff I interacted with but when dealing with something like your nails there’s a lot of things to look out for and good treatment just isn’t enough. Their tools didn’t seem well sanitized. They might be, but I live almost 5 hours away, get my nails done every 2 weeks and the tools used on me come from a sterilizer, every single time, and I feel confident they haven’t been used on anyone else without being cleaned. Even after removing them from the sterilizer they clean them off with alcohol as well. At this place they were just taken out of a small plastic box so I have no way of knowing whether or not they were sterilized. Some of my toe nails ended up with weird dark streaks on them. I say weird cause I’ve never had it happen before. My feet don’t look like I just had a pedi less than 2 days ago and when he brought out the hot towel to use after the lotion on my legs I was burned multiple times (I love heat & how hot they are at my usual spot back home and they come out steaming so the temperature here must be set excessive or maybe he still doesn’t know how long to wait before applying it to a client’s skin because I swear I thought I’d leave with 2nd degree burns).
