Critical: Professionalism, QualityUpon entering this salon I checked the reviews and was thrilled to see they had such great reviews by so many as this was my first time. I was hesitant going to a different salon but I was unable to get into mine and I was in desperate need of a fill since I was going on 4 weeks since they were done. I just needed a simple fill. No broken nails. Can’t mess that up right? Boy was I wrong! Don’t get me wrong the staff was very friendly and very welcoming. But you definitely get what you pay for! I left with my nails all different lengths, unevenly filed, and uneven polish. I didn’t mind until today. It has been 1 week since I got them done (I thought it had been 2 weeks because of how horrible the polish held up and how quickly the nail broke, after checking my calendar I realized it’s only been 1 week)I entered the salon asking how long til I could get a broken nail fixed because they were full. She told me to come back later today but I had to go back to work so I was unable to. I told her I needed to know if the technician put acrylic or gel on my nails so I knew which one to get done at another salon later. When I got them done I told him to fill with acrylics which he did but charged me for gel. Gel costs more money. It wasn’t until days later I seen their sign with the prices. That whole time I didn’t mind because of their friendliness that day. There was NO friendless today after they were VERY WRONG for over charging me and didn’t care not one bit! The lady im assuming is Kevin’s wife, tried to push it off like it was my fault by saying you must’ve had a broken nail then and I told her no I didn’t. Only received a fill of acrylic and the color of my nail was changed, obviously. You charged me me gel price for acrylics. She said oh ok. That was it! Didn’t even get an apology for the wrong doing. I was ignored til I walked out !That’s literally all I wanted and led me to leave this review. So if you’re a new client interested in coming here, Beware! Upon entering this salon I checked the reviews and was thrilled to see they had such great reviews by so many as this was my first time. I was a walk in.I think the ladys name was Alia. She was so concerned if the wax was to hot, & when she pulled the strips off, of it hurting. I reassured her, I was fine. She apologized anyway.Very perfessional, concerned about her clients, and very sweet lady. The lady only said “it’s easy”. I told her, that I no longer wanted the service, but I decided to paint my nails cause there were ugly. They did them badly, and was missing on the edges. when. Sometimes my polish last for a mo+ and sometimes it don’t but they are super good at getting my nasty cracked up heals smooth
