Critical: QualityNot only do they do a horrible job on your nails but the customer service is awful.. I took my daughter to get a manicure out of convenience. They told us to wait 10 minutes..and it was another customer who told us their card reader was down and they were only taking cash. Not only do they do a horrible job on your nails but the customer service is awful.. I took my daughter to get a manicure out of convenience. They told us to wait 10 minutes..and it was another customer who told us their card reader was down and they were only taking cash. They did not say a word of this to us..even after I said that they should have told us before we sat down. Will NEVER GO BACK AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD !

Critical: Quality, ValueThis is by far the worst nail salon that I have ever been to. They filled my daughters nails. She rushed the entire time and nicked her three times. Each nail looked completely different when she was done. They were all crooked, different shapes and a complete mess. I brought it to her attention after paying because I didn’t look at her nails close beforehand and she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. I mean this was very noticeable, there is no way she didn’t see it. There was no way to fix them because they were so thin and narrow on the end of her nails so I asked her to remove them. She started ripping the nails off of her instead of soaking them. My daughter held back tears. I told them that there is no way I should have to pay for this service and I wanted a refund. She gave me part of my refund back ($15.00 less than what she owed me) and then argued with me as to why I should have to pay for the service. This is my very first google review that is negative, that’s how mad I am. I have never been to a business as bad as this one. Absolutely horrible. Each nail looked completely different when she was done. They were all crooked, different shapes and a complete mess.
