Whenever I come to Albany and nees my nails done I head over to Walmart and visit Regal Nails. My feet was done by Cindy. She is very thorough and has great hands to massage. My feet feel like butter. My nails were done by Jackie. He is the very best

I had gotten a pedicure couple days ago. The lady who done my toes was very rough on my cuticles which left me with an infected toe. Also they use the same tools on everybody feet and not sanitize them. She was filing her nails while she was doing my pedicure and then use the same filer on my toes afterwards. They need to be mindful that people have diabetes and other conditions that could be harmful.

I like the job they did, but I suggest you pay with a card and not cash. The price was almost the same for a fill in as the full set. They are quick to ask do you wanna get cash to pay for the sevices. I like the service but pay with a card so you can keep a record for yourself. Pedicure, Manicure

I got a pedicure done today the person that did my toes shares the same tools with other workers without disinfecting them. Explain to her that I wanted a certain person which was a gentleman to do my nails because he did It before. when I sat down thinking that she will pass that information on. Someone else walked up to me and asked me was I next. I explained to her that I was waiting on the gentleman they told him the gentleman turned around and said that he was book for the rest of day in a very untasteful way. Very embarrassed a little disappointed because it is always a way to tell a person that you unavailable. I paid for my pedicure and went home.

Absolute worst customer service and quality ever. I have been to NUMEROUS nail salons across the southeast and have never been to one with this type of poor service. I will NEVER go here again because this is my third time trying them out and each time was worse than the previous time. Some of the staff is extremely unprofessional and the pedicures are done very poorly, NO leg message at all! Without saying much more, I will end by saying if you’re considering going here and you wish to have great customer service and a great finished product, I recommend you continue looking because this IS NOT the place!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI am traveling fir work in Albany. I didnt have time to get my nails done before I left home. I called Regal nails to make sure they offered the dip nails. They said yes so I made my appointment.I shoukd have walked out when I saw how filthy the salon was but I wanted to give them the benefit of tge doubt. The manicurist that I was set up with did not know what she was doing. I asked her multiple times not to make my nails too thick but she continued to ignore my request. Then she began arguing with another manucurist in the salon in a foreign language that went on for about 20 minutes. I asked several times to stop the service and remove the globs of dip from my nails so I coukd go somewhere elsecto get them done the right way. They woukd not stop and insisted I pay for a service that I was not happy with. 50 dollars andv2 hours later I left very unhappy.I am traveling fir work in Albany. I had the best nail experience ever! About a month ago I went to the only nail salon here in Albany that had a 5 star rating from a lot of people and got acrylic nails with gel color for the first time. At this salon, I specifically asked for coffin shaped nails, but ended up with square nails and a color that didnt look as advertised. So a month forward, on Friday (Aug 17), I called Regal nails to see how much it would cost for an acrylic fill in plus gel color. The man who answered the phone was extremely polite and told me walk ins are always welcome. So I went in later that day. I only waited about a minute before he started on my nails. Long story short, he took care of everything. He reshaped my nails to an actual coffin shape and made sure my nails looked their absolute best. I was so skeptical before trying this salon due to the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. They are affordable and do beautiful work. This will definitely be the only nail salon I go to in the future. I highly recommend! And btw, I never write reviews. He did such a good job compared to the other salon, that I just had to give them 5 stars. If I could give more, I would.
