Got in right away as a walkin gets 2 stars. The tech sanded off the old polish without soaking first. I was afraid she would sand through my nail. Everytime I go they’re too busy to do me ( doing nothing ) also it says they close at 8 but they always close way earlier . If you’re gonna close before 8 it should say so online so people don’t waste their time driving all the way up there . NEVER again will I go here for any type of service. It doesn’t deserve one star but that’s the only way to do the review. I went in and asked to have the gel polish removed from my nails and to have a clear coat put on. I had to remind her not to be rough as they were my real nails and not acrylics. I asked her to file my nails down to make them a little bit shorter. She ended up grabbing the nail clippers and clipped them basically off. She was more worried about talking on her phone for a video chat and showing whoever the recent changes they were doing to the store. At the end she put this oil all over my hands and arms with some lotion and some kind of liquid that resembled nail glue. So now my nails are tacky and the clear coat is peeling off.

I came in 30 mins after opening and didn’t leave until almost 5 hours later. And my the nail tech kept burning my fingers with her drill. I hated my experience. Kept giving this place the benefit of the doubt but after the 4th time my doubt is just too much. I don’t recommend certain nail techs. Some do work hard a do a wonderful tip worthy job

If there was a no star rating I’d choose that one, We basically got robbed. My daughter and I went to this salon again after a couple of times they messed up my nails before, to get our nails done full set for regular nail polish, which was supposed to be 25$ each and the lady charged us 35$ each said she charged an additional 10$ for the length and shape. There was no where on the price list that listed we pay 5$ for the shape and 5$ for the length. Mind you my nails were med length. This salon has lost 2 more customers and the rest of my family and friends. When I asked how come these mysterious charges are coming up And not listed on up and why weren’t we told prior she said “sorry thanks I’ll add the price” and continued to chat with her friends about how slow business was. I thought that was insane. Go to princess nails or somewhere else ladies just NOT WALMART Regal nails salon. Save yourselves from being scammed.

I’d give no stars if it was possible. It says $25 for full regular set. Ended up paying $35 Which had my nails done short wanted regular paint. Took someone with me. They was pushy about the gel the one with me kept saying she wanted them shorter an they wouldn’t listen just done them the length they wanted. The bottom of my nails are capped with the stuff inside of cleaning it out. We both left with paint all over our fingers an top of our hands. An they talk very rude. I’ll just go to where I usally go even if I have to wait two hours bc they are busy will be worth it.
