Been going to Regal Nails for several years now. It was managed by V and her husband, and it was very nice and everyone was considerate. Lately it has changed. There is a new woman, Tina, who seems to be managing the other girls. She tells you to be seated and then you wait to be worked on. One woman sitting next to me was sitting for a good hour. I waited for about 40 minutes. She wrapped my nails first and then I waited. I also had a pedicure about a week or so later and waited a half hour before being worked on. To me this is not right to make customers wait that long, just tell them to come back later. They do excellent work but because they don’t take appointments, the waiting is getting out of control.

I have never been treated so bad. The girl who done my nails done a horrible job. I even told her they were to thin. The very next day one of my nails chipped and the guy who done my toes done worse then her. I paid them 75.00 dollars and I gave them both a 5.00 tip out of the kindness of my heart. I’m so hurt because of the way i was done..

Clean environment, little disappointed because of language barrier I got round nails not squaval. Not the same at all and i paid 35.00 not including my tip.I got basic acrylics with nail polish and no designs and my length was short. Smh staff was nice, and nail tech was gentle and the wait was not long at all!

Worst nail experience ever! I went at lunch before class to have my acrylic nails taken off and never in my life had it hurt. I get my nails done once or twice a month for years now and normally have them taken off for a month every so often and with being crunched on time with school in work I went in here to get them if and they were not friendly at all, did a crappie job of getting the color off, they were not even, and I walked out embarrassed of how terrible they were. It looked like something attached my hands! Never again will I go back!

After my nails was done I had forgotten that I left the two ladies tip money in my car so I told the lady after I had paid that I forgot her tip money in my car and I would be right back with it. When I walked away she slammed the register door closed and started talking very loudly in her language in the salon and everyone was watching the employees was laughing. I have never been back and I will never go back. I have been going here for years never in my life was I so embarrassed all because I forgot her tip money in the car and I told her I would be right back it was in the car…. I will never go back….. Owner was there the day this happened….
