Went in to get my big toe fixed due to a chip. There was a male associate doing a ladies nails and another female associate looking at something on her phone. The male associate looked up and asked what I needed I told him I needed one toe fixed he gave me a side glance and said 45 min wait. The female associate on her phone never looked up and the shop only had the one customer no one else was waiting. This one toe getting fixed could have led to me being a consistent customer but I was not worth your time or energy. Thank you for not assisting. Peace ✌

I received a pedicure and SNS. The customer service was good but the actual service left much to be desired. My main issue was the SNS service. They weren’t done to what I consider a professional level. The powder looks thick on my nails and it’s uneven. Also, less than a week later the polish is cracking on 2 fingers. This isn’t my regular shop and I went here for convenience but I regret it.

I’ve been going to this location for years and typically have good service. I understand that prices of everything is going up, but to get the exact same thing done from 3 months ago, which is mani/pedi/gel nails, the price jumped from $80 to $105. He told me had to charge me $10 extra for my cuticles. Since when is getting your cuticles not included with the manicure???? I told him I’ve always done this and never was charged extra. They are nickel and diming you for everything. That was my last time going to there. And this time he did a rush job and it shows. And no, I did not leave a tip. If I could give a negative 0 star, trust and believe.

Today 3 weeks later for the same manicure and pedicure I was charged $80.00. That’s insane. When I asked why the increase he said its because it was jell but i aways get the same pedicure and manicure. And my toes was not done with jell. Well I will not be back. He just lost a customer. Very unhappy!!! Been so many places and I always go back here. John always do what I ask for, plus their materials works good for my allergies. That means they are not cheap or fake. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the product. Dont give them the 5 stars cause they dont work with many decorations items as I will like. 100% recommended.

I was a faithful customer at this location for several years, however the management has changed, there are new people, and they are terrible. They are very lazy and seem to deal with who they want to deal with. I needed a fill in for a pink and white manicure and no one was on site that could do one; which is totally strange for a a nail salon. The lady that did my pedicure almost scalded my feet with hot water and then decided to go shopping at Wal-mart while my feet was soaking. One of the young ladies that works in there is very cold and rude and seems as though she has a problem with those of us who are of a darker persuasion. One lady received an eyebrow arch while she was getting a pedicure but I was not offered one. By the time the lady got back to do my pedicure I was upset to say the least. She tried to overcompensate and did a good job; however I did not appreciate the lack of professionalism and only tipped her $2. She seemed upset, and I didn’t care because the service was terrible. I would highly recommend that those of you who shop at this store bypass that salon and go somewhere else where you are treated like your patronage is desired.

I visited my old nail shop about two months ago to receive a full set and my nails were fat and looked horrible. I stopped at this nail shop for service and I am now a loyal customer of Regal Nails. John is awesome and he fixed my nails and they look great! Best nail shop!

Pay attention to the low rated reviews! My gel polish chipped after 2 days. I went in to get my nails repaired and the owner yelled at me. He threatened to call the police when he was the one irate. I tipped well and everything, but this was the treatment that I got. I will never go back. RUN!!!
