Me and my mom came to get our nails and toes done and I have been waiting here for over an hr. People keep walking in and being serviced immediately. I was told they all had appointments is the reason they’re not having to wait. So I asked how much longer will the wait be. she proceeded to tell me she thought I was just waiting on someone and she didn’t know I needed service. I can’t figure out why and how all these people had appointments. And their work isn’t that good.We were pressing for time so that’s the only reason we stopped here

Shop advertises that they open at 10 a.m. I was there at 9:50 and the nail technicians didn’t arrive until about 10:30 both on Friday and Saturday. Then the techs say they only do pedicures or gel nails so you can arrive first and sign in but you’ll still be waiting until one of the techs who says they do acrylic or SNS decide they can wait on you. My nails were terribly ugly when done. I wouldn’t go back. It was my first and last time. I was there over 3 hrs. which was crazy for nails. They advertise on price on their sign but want an additional $5.00

Really amazing staff and they always get my nails correct. Which means a lot to me cause I am very picky about my nails and the color being just right. Any time I ask for something different they do and do and great job at it as well. Like when I got married and wanted I do on my nails they did beautifully. Very clean which is extremely important

I always have Nancy do my nails. SHE IS THE ONLY ONE!! I have never had any issues with Nancy. Ive been going to her for the past 6 years and I am totally satisfied with her service. I cant speak for the other workers but if you want your nails done right – see Nancy – she takes pride in her job!

Horrible experience had a worker that did not know how to properly do a pedicure and then Asian owner wanted to blame and charge me more money to correct their error. I recommend find another Salon or this might happen to you. Later l found out it was a family member who had no experience they were allowing her to learn on customers Bad Business

I just left this place and will NEVER go back again. The huge turn off was at the end of my service when while drying my pedi and mani the lady shouted across the room telling me, in a very dismissive manner, that I was finished. Not asking but telling me. I’ve never, in all my 30 years of getting this service from numerous places across different states, been dismissed from one of these stores. I’m a behind the scene person who shy away from attention. That woman had all the clients and staff staring at me as if I did something wrong. Then the manager ( i’m assuming he was the manager) came right over and took the money out of my hand. In the past I pay at the desk. His action added more to what she did. Unless you speak their language you don’t know what they’re saying about you. Both their actions had the entire place quiet, as if waiting for me to lash out in a belligerent manner to match their attitude. I don’t know what that was all about, but they were rude and it left me feeling disrespected and embarrassed.
