First time here and the guy that did my nails was really nice. The lady however, who did my toes, didn’t talk much. I think she was new and only spoke their language. She was ok I guess but my toes don’t shine like my fingernails. Looks more matted than anything and surface is rough. Not smooth at all. I give it a 4 1/2. Not quite a 5. The majority goes to the guy with great conversation.

Went to get my nails done the other day and it was not professional at all. The picture explains it. Great conversation and very nice service but horrible job on nails. Not to mention the woman tried her best to make me get eyebrows done for extra! Total cost of these were $40 but will not be back. It’s not worth it. I’ll go somewhere else next time. Also hate to be pressured to get something done I didn’t ask for!

After having a pedicure with them a few weeks later I removed my nail polish to find that I had a fungus on my nails, so I went to the shop and asked to speak to the manager. I quietly pulled him aside and explained the situation to which he quickly brushed me off saying that I hurt my toes and walked away so I asked another worker for the number to corporate which she refused to give to me. I had to find the number myself and as of now my issue still hasn’t been resolved. Save yourself the fungus and the hassle and go to Friendly Nail’s off of Thornton

It was very rushed. I showed the employee a picture of the design I wanted for my pedicure and manicure, but explained that I wanted pink and light blue for the colors rather than the red and dark blue in the picture. They picked the red and dark blue colors out and I explained again the colors I wanted and showed a picture of the colors I wanted. Having to explain it multiple times made me feel like I was inconveniencing them and being too picky. The employee was very nice but the quality of the design for my pedicure was not good at all. My phone with the picture of the design was sitting between my feet for her to look at while she worked, but the lines on my big toe were uneven, not parallel and very sloppy. The blue used for the design did not match the blue used on my other toes, and instead of gems across the middle I got big uneven pink dots of paint. After the pedicure I decided to pay for the service and leave rather than continuing with the manicure. There were other customers waiting and I felt that they were rushed. My pedicure does not look like a professional pedicure and I will have to go elsewhere to get a good one today. I won’t be going back to this nail salon.

Quite easily one of the worst quality experiences I’ve had in the whole state of Georgia. Simple pedicure with gel polish turned out to be dull and lack luster. My gel polish started chipping shortly after the service was done as if the product used was inferior or something. Just too many cut corners and poor attitude during the service. Will never go back.
