I love Susan and all of their family, but I got my nails done today and I asked her to go all the way over on my nails so that they won’t lift and this is how she let me leave the store. I guess I was “complaining” too much so they just did this. Most definitely never going back. 88 dollars down the drain.

Every time I make an appointment it is broken can you imagine thinking that you’re going to come and get your nails done the time that you said that they were supposed to be done and it is not done and I’m waiting behind whoever is left after an appointment remember what I said appointment trust and believe it will never happen again because this is not the first time. I went in for a mani and pedi. The pedicure was okay but certainly not the experience that I am use to when getting a pedicure. Now the manicure is a whole other conversation. First, one lady did it and I complained through the whole process because it looked a mess. Another lady came over to look and said that she needed to add more coats of polish. So, at this point I had 5 coats of polish and had to sit under dryer for 30 minutes. I went home and within 10 minutes 7 of my 10 nails looked worse than they did going into the salon. I went back to the salon and to make a long story short the girl removed the polish and we agreed that I would come back the next day to get them redone. I went back the following day and another lady did them. To say the least , they were better but only pictures could describe the botched job that I got after being there for 2 days and I am not sure of the number of hours. Please, don’t waste your time or money on this place!

They were so nice. I took my little girl in there to have her nails done for the father daughter dance and they were so sweet to her. The lady that did her nails was so gentle. My baby girl was so excited and happy she enjoyed it and her nails looked amazing.

The only reason I didn’t give ZERO stars is because they were very nice. And they did a good job. However they pulled a fast one on me and it doubled the cost. I said no to gel nails three times. Told them I didn’t know anything about it but definitely didn’t want it. But they did it anyway. I feel like that’s a shady way to do business.
