If I ever come back here, i will NEVER have the man do my nails because he dang near broke off my whole real nail by being carless and DIDN’T say SORRY! He cut my middle finger on the side which is a deep cut! He drills your nails TOO FAST! He kept burning me with the drill too on my cuticles. JUST DISRESPECTFUL!!

I will not be returning to this establishment EVER again!! I needed an overlay fill and two nails put on because two of them broke before my appointment. My fingers hurt so bad from being burned by the drill. The man who did my services was in such a hurry he didn’t care that he kept burning me even after I told him that it was burning as well as pulling my hand away, he’d say sorry and then just go back to doing it again. Poor customer service. No one should leave in pain from their appointment.

Wonderful pricing, speed, selection, services, warm staff, highly skilled, and patient. I had my five year old daughter’s nails painted there. She chose 2 different colors, was tired, uncooperative, and kinda a naggin Nancy. But the artist who did her nails was accommodating and understanding. Friendly and tender. They made time for us even though they were busy. They got us out fast with our expectations being surpassed! This is a GREAT spot for kids and grown ups, waxing, nails, Pedi, and Mani. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI booked an appointment for a fill-in and two pedicures (for my daughter and l). As I’m washing my hands, the man about to do my service tells me, “l will be back in a second, got to go smoke, you know what l mean?” Ok, no biggie… Not even 2 minutes into my fill-in, the man burns the back of my pinky nail with the drill. I then pulled my hand back and he tells me, “you pulled away, that’s why you get hurt.” I said “no, you are going too fast..” I put my hand back on the table and he burns me A SECOND TIME on the same pinky with another drill bit. At this point, l scream in pain and hold my hand. He then grabs my hand AGAIN through the plastic barrier, and tells me “No, no, you’re okay.” Not once did he say he was sorry, but continues to ask for my hand back.I tell him l am done, grabbed my things, and left. Never in the 20 years I’ve been getting my nails done have l ever had to walk out during a service. Fast forward two weeks, and my fingernail is still healing. He drilled a layer or two of my natural nail.
