It was my daughters birthday and she had a last min party and needed her nails done right then and there. Considering last min her nails looked really good but it was the 3 cuts on my youngins finger that had me upset and her fingers were burning but she still enjoyed herself. Oh and nail polish spots around and on top of her finger but it wasn’t real bad I was able to get it off.

walked in for a French gel manicure. $30. OK. “sit here” the manicurist points. The station was filthy. Half her sandwich and a small bag of skittles. Brings a bowl of tap water for me to soak nails in. (no softener, sanitizer. just tap water) a young girl comes back from lunch I presume, and takes over. plays with her phone, ear buds while I “soak”. The manicure was a basic polish change. did not push cuticles back, did not massage hands, forgot to top coat the pinky nail. very rough file job. polish was gummy and looked like it was old and unclean. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I should have trusted my instincts when I walked in.

Went in the salon for a simple gel manicure. The young lady foiling my nails was not in a good mood. When I asked her if she was ok she didn’t answer me, another employee said something to her but it didn’t make a difference. I picked a color for my nails and showed the young lady which one I chose. I didn’t think I needed to memorize the number once I showed her which one. Another employee sat down to do my nails and asked me what color. I told her I showed the previous young lady the color and the young lady didn’t know. Together they chose two colors similar to the one I chose but neither one was correct. I was so shocked that I just picked one so I could get done. The second lady removed the old polish, took off very little cuticle, filed my nails which aren’t really even and to top it off all she did was brush off the file residue. No hand washing or alcohol on a cotton ball wipe. The nail polish is peeling. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed. I will not return.

I wish I would’ve checked the reviews before coming here but I went to whoever could take me so this is kind of my fault. The appointment was very rushed because she accepted another appointment during mine. She didn’t clean my nails at all! This lady does not know how to do dip nails they came out super crooked and lumpy! The audacity of these nails costing me 65$

I wouldn’t gave 1 star if I didn’t have to. 2 employees was sleep in chairs when I went up. I got a fill in and gel color and same day it was coming off. Horrible for what I spent gel is supposed to stay on Acrylic nails

I’m the type of person who doesn’t pay attention to what they charge me, but I hate paying for quality service, and This is the worst place to go and get a manicure or pedicure, my nails looked better when I came in than when I left , my nails were poorly filed, poorly painted, too much gel everywhere and when I told him that it was not right, he told me that my nails looked very nice, I prefer to do my manicure and pedicure by myself than to go to a place as So.
