Got my daughter and myself nails and pedicure done. I left very upset. We were the only ones the entire time there. My service full set gel are so thick and heavy I’m going somewhere to have them removed. The pedicure is basic and for the price it’s too worth the cost. Do not let them touch your eye brows!!!! I walked out with a two finger gap in between my eyes and one half off.

Staff is SUPER RUDE, I use to come here to do my eyebrows by Jenn?? Jenna?? Who’s knows her name. Pretty sure this is what I was told was her name. I called in to see if she was working and a staff member asked me who?? I said I believe her name is Jenna, staff member decided to laugh and attempted to say the name of the lady, I couldn’t understand it. Then says NO she not working. I felt she was extremely rude to laugh that was not needed. All you needed to do was say what her name is. Funny thing is I been coming there for a few years and have called her Jenna always but all the sudden this isn’t her name . Another thing that was extremely rude was I walked in to get my eyebrows done and was barely acknowledged. The eyebrow lady was not there so another lady acted as if it hurt to acknowledge me. I know I don’t spend a lot of money here as eyebrows are cheap but I think as a customer I deserve better treatment. I had 3 different occasions recently of rudeness. I won’t be back. Have found a better place to go to.

I wanted a full set but I didn’t want gel. Told him that and he proceeded putting gel on and I chose two colors and he never put the second color one wouldn’t let me get the length I wanted said it would cost more money and on top of that I told him I did not want my real nails cut and he proceeded to cut them off they don’t listen to what the customer wants and just bad service.

Went in to get my nails done the manager told me the guy that does nails was not in yet so i said ok I will come back.. Went back 15 mins later she(manager) was doing another ladies nails and had another later waiting in the foot bath for pedicure. Poor customer service or maybe she don’t like my color idk but that location will never get my money..will gladly continue using other location

I don’t know her name, but it’s a woman and she’s very kind. I’m a single mother so I have to bring my kids with me everywhere – she opened early so I could get my nails done without the distraction of other individuals. My kids sat and were good due to this.
