Very poor manicure, he didn’t even care to clean around or underneath my nails just went and put the dip on. When I had to pay the lady had an attitude went I asked why it was more expensive than the prices on the wall, she said it that the whole set was more expensive when they did not do full set at all!! I used to come here all the time to get my eyebrows and lashes done. The older woman in there is just really rude. She never says hello and talk down to you. This has been reported before but she continues to do it. My guess is it’s OK because it’s all family that runs this business. That’s fine I’ll just take my black dollars somewhere else. Customer service is a big thing and she does not have any. I literally watched her yell at another girl telling her to look down in front of everybody. They are just downright rude and we should take our money and business somewhere else

The service that I received on today was horrible! I came in for a fill-in and pedicure and the pedicure was ok,but my issue was mainly the fill-in. The tech who was serving me cut me on my hand while using the drill and repaired one of my nails,bit didn’t replace it with a false nail just the acrylic over it. When I was finally finished and asked the price he told me $95. I asked why so much and he stated because one of my nails needed to be repaired. I’ve gotten a nail repaired before, but it was never that amount and the prices are so inconsistent. Typically more upscale nail shops will communicate with their clients as well as accurate prices are posted. Also the young lady who was running the shop customer service skills are horrible because her focus was not satisfying the customer just wanted the money because if I’m a faithful customer the focus would be satisfying the customer so they can return. That’s how you build business, but clearly thats a lack for this business.

I would NEVER return to this salon again!! The young man that did my nails TORE my nail when trying to remove a older nail that was lifting. Even when the nail started to BLEED he still tried to pull the nail off. Then had the nerve to ask me if it hurts!!! It got to the point that I told him to just leave it. He said that the nail was broken and I advised that it is broken now from you being so rough but it definitely was not broken or bleeding for that matter when i arrived. To make matters worse another nail is not straight and the middle finger nail that he took off to replace lifted the VERY NEXT DAY. I would not suggest this place or go back! No apologies were issued or anything. I watched people in and out and tipping and no one said thank you, have a good day or anything to the customers.

I wanted to love it, but the underside of my nails has scratches where the tech drilled to hard, had acrylic and glue left under them and around nail bed. The design doesn’t look like the pictures I showed and I even gave them multiple to choose from and said pick whichever you think you can get it the closest too. I basically, spent a lot of money for ombre nails that have no ombre just look clear, have marks you can see and some bubbling. My eyebrows were done nicely by a different tech.. I wish I’d asked for a refund but hate that type of situation. Definitely feel like it was way to much money for the final product. Just would have like to have gotten what I paid for. Wanted to recommend to all my coworkers but I can’t with how my nails look. I will probably have to repaint them a solid color myself just so it doesn’t look like clear nails.

Got gel nails and they started peeling off that Sunday. Salon was not opened and living 33 miles away I documented with daily pictures of peeling since I work and wouldn’t have been able to go back until following Saturday. I called the manager on Friday and explained everything and my daily pictures with dates showing the deterioration of nails. She told me they could not honor because i should have come back Monday and they didn’t know what i did to contribute to peeling. I have been going to this salon on a Saturday every since they opened after the pandemic and I work 35 miles daily in the opposite direction. Always leaving a tip for whoever work on nails and/or pedicure but NO MORE–would not recommend them to anyone.

This place is very unprofessional. They over charge you for services rendered tell you one price before service than afterwards tell you a different amount. they are over crowed and they rush to get folks out. when it comes to eyelash they don’t clean tools after each client they have nasty attitudes an apparently no manager to resolve any issues they charge you 15.00 for paper thin strip lashes that they apply both stripes and clusters with hair glue none of they staff is on one accord about the prices and they charge 2.00 to use charge without notice they just swipe your charge. beware ask questions before you allow them to do service they will also get mad once you call them out about it and refuse service.
