Absolute worst mani/pedi ever. I went for a powder dip mani & gel pedi. I am still peeling residue from my fingers 2 hrs later and the pedicure was simply a gel polish. She got on the floor under the manicure desk and began working on my toes after the mani. I assumed she was simply removing old polish and would then move me to pedi chair. She proceeded to polish and trim my cuticles there without any cuticle cream or soaking. She cut me several times. My fingers and toes are so sore. After she finished she told me the price and I laughed, I honestly thought she was joking because I was still waiting for the ‘pedicure’. She wasn’t joking and I expressed my displeasure to no avail. I will have to go to another salon tomorrow for a re-do as the polish is a mess, layers are awful and uneven. Let me add that I had already made up my mind while she was doing my mani that I would never return as it was filthy. Not soaking in the pedi chair was probably a blessing. Do not recommend at all!!

Critical: Quality, ValueI went a few days ago, and already have two nails broken off. While at the salon, they kept trading me between a man and a woman. It took the man 30 minutes to glue the tips and do only 2 nails with acrylic before I was switched (he did do a great job on these two, they’re the only good two out of the 10) when I went to the woman she began to drill and file all the way until all my fingers bled. Then tried to put acrylic over it to cover it up so I had acrylic PAST my nails. I am beyond furious. They then made be pay $80 for acrylic set with gel nails. NO DESIGN. The older man did my acrylic nails. They were not very bad at all. They were applied great and lasted about a week or 2. Btw I had short bitten nails so that’s why they didnt last but that long. I asked for coffin shape and it was pretty spot on. Just a little thicker than I expected, but I’m fine with it bc I held up stronger. Only thing is that, they say they charge 25$ for a full set with regular polish, but I was charged 40$. I wanted regular polish because I didnt have enough money to spend for gel. He ended up convincing me to get gel by saying all the bad qualities of regular. I was told it was only 5$ extra so I said yes. I dint have that money so my grandma had to pay the extra. She payed 15$ extra total bc they completely over charged me. Also, I did not get them done long at all , bc I had short bitten nails underneath, and if I get them too long, it will not last even a couple days , as every nail salon tells me.anyways, i was fussed at by grandma when I got home bc she accused me of lying to her about the cost and that u had it covered, when really the salon lied to me. Fyi the nails are gorgeous but if they are gonna charge extra, they should have told me because I would have still been able to get them ,and I would be accused of lying.ALSO,THEY REMODELED THE SALON AND NOW IT LOOKSSOOOOOOOOO CLEANAND PRETTY SO I GIVE IT 4 STARS THAN 3. Before the new design they had a extra room with a towel covering some of the door way ,with lots of noodles and a microwave inside lol. It is much more sanitary are clean now.

Horrible. One thing I can say is the cleanliness is scale from 1-10..I give them a 5. Why state board is not involved? Then, the girl who polished my toes was so non customer service at all. Just horrible and off course when they speaking negative about someone they will speak in their language. The poor lady beside me had to tell her that her water was cold, make sure she take the polish off and file her toe nails and make sure she take all the old polish off and it goes on. So, I just paid to get my toes done that’s it.
