This is the second time Ive taken my daughter to get her nails done. The first time, the man doing her nails made her bleed on several fingers, so we didnt return for like 2 years. We happened to be at walmart today and figured its been a long time it has got to be better. We got stuck with the same guy. He watched his phone half the time and spoke to his coworkers, in their language, the other half of the time, not interacting with my daughter at all. Seeing my daughter wincing, I took her hand and see several fingers bleeding AGAIN at the cuticles. When I asked if he had any neosporin he acted like he didnt speak english. Another worker overheard and flung neosporin across the room. $35.00 for half done bleeding nails and now Ill pay someone else to do it correctly. This place is just lazy and wore out. And after reading these other comments it seems like this guy has been a problem for a long time. Why is he still working there? On a side note, why are your nail technicians eating at their tables. Gross. Skip this place.

It’s obvious that these people are just working for the money and doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or the finished product. Besides the glue residue, uneven nail length, inconsistencies with the polishing, and burns from filing, prepare to hear unprofessional conversations about the low income customers they’ve had that receive welfare. I am not on welfare and am too a “taxpayer” however, some conversations aren’t meant to be had with other customers. It’s obvious that these people are just working for the money and doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or the finished product. The worst place you can ever go customer service terrible no respect to the customers my first and my last time ever going there no kind of respect. I wouldn’t give them one star especially that man that works there that do nails nasty all of them he try to use the same tools that he use in the next customer on my hand until I explained and don’t use that then he didn’t do my nails right come backtomorrow no you need to do my nail . I advise anyone not to go there poor service and poor customer relations

Horrible ! Bleeding around my nails from rough filing , residue all stuck on my fingers , nails uneven , clumpy polish , visible bubbles in my nails , waited 2 hours to even be seated as they helped people who walk in well after me and didn’t help me till I started to walk out. I get my eyebrows done here on a regular basis. I never have to wait long, they do it fast, and they do a good job. The price is pretty cheap. As of now they charge $7, but every once in a while they’ll tell me $8. I haven’t gotten my nails done here but every time I’m there it seems pretty empty. Not sure if that’s good or bad.

I have NEVER received worse service at a nail salon in my life! First the man was on his phone for at least 20 min not being attentive to the fact that he was hurting me . I finally spoke up&asked him to soak my nails off, he said it takes an hour, I said ok&he kept cutting, I told him no, that hurts so soak them. He huffed&puffed. Long story short he kept cutting me with with the sander attachments AND the Emory board, then blamed me saying my fingers were sensitive. I asked for sharp stiletto, got it eventually but he was upset I asked for sharper nails. He’s rude, slow and careless. Won’t be returning to them for any service. If I could give no stars, I WOULD!

These people are not nice. Very fake. Only one lady is genuine nice. The owner is rude and always eating smelly foods in the salon. I decided I didn’t want get nail again and he literally demanded I continue to get gel nail nc it cost more than a reg manicure. Then he showed frustration to my nail tech and began speaking loudly to her in their language. I was very shocked at his behavior. This place needs a lot of improving in customer service. Get some training.
