Have been going to this place for years until today when I had to go back to get my nails fixed for the second time because they were lifting BAD. Wife of the owner dismissed my concern when I showed her where my nails were lifting she just added a thick coat of gel on my nails that were very bulky and lifted even more within days. When I came back to get them fixed she told me that she would charge me $50 for gel I’m sorry I’m not trying to be rude but we all work hard for our money but last time I checked gel is only $20.I do my nails myself when I have time but I really wanted to treat myself for Christmas and now I need to fix my nails for the third time for new years. That’s no way to run a family business.

The lady was so rude. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and I have been getting my nails done for 14 years. She did two people’s eyebrows while she was doing my nails. She never asked me to hold on to wait a minute she just got up and when did their eyebrows. She was more concerned with Mary another customer who was getting a pedicure then me and my nails. She never once looked at me and never said hello, but she did tell me how much my nails are going to cost. My nails are absolutely horrible I have the Dust from where she removed the previous color embedded in my nail polish. I have lumps and holes in my nails. I wish she had just said she couldn’t do my nails. I have never had to get my nails redone within 7 days. I almost cried it was so horrible. Now I know never to go there again I would have walked out but my nails were lifting. She used one microbead and tried to stretch it over my whole nail, I I work in the beauty industry as well

I do not leave reviews because sometimes I read bad reviews and try a place anyways and if it’s bad that’s on me. But girls. Save yourselves. I only came here because my nail tech wasn’t available and my sister told me this place would do a decent job. The job wasn’t even decent. If I could give no stars I would. I came in for SNS. I have never in my life had such bad nails. The experience itself wasn’t terrible but the finish product was just awful. An older guy did my nails and they ended up being so flimsy and bendable. How does someone end up with nails that are flimsy!? And no they’re not long either. The nails are also very lumpy and uneven. They are different lengths and within two days I had two broken nails. (Probably because of how flimsy they are) Overall, the service and quality I was given was not worth what I paid for at all.

I have been going here for years. My service has always been excellent. The last few times were not so great. I had used Steve who left and Tana who recently left. They took the great service with them. NeNe did my nails and they were super bulky. In 2 days one of my tips broke. I came back and got it repaired. The next day the gel came off, she said I didnt hold it under the light right. The 3rd day I went in” Sonny decided to fix it because I complained about coming 3 days in a row. He also said I need to take better care of my nails. How dare he treat me like that when I’ve been coming for over 5 years (weekly because my nails grow super fast). I was completely frustrated at that point, paid again, and left. I am currently seeking a new nail salon because I refuse to go spend any more money there.

This was my daughters first time ever being in a nail salon, my plan was to wow her with the excitment and beauty of treating yourself to spa days, I wasn’t expecting the world but I recieved much less than anticipated. On the way there I called them and they said come on in we aren’t busy, I walked in to every seat being full and was given no greeting of any kind so I was standing there like a bump on a log and decided to take the first step, I took my 5 year old to choose her colors and then we went on to wait outside for about 10 minutes, i had still not received any kind of confirmation that we would be seen at any time and (i had signed in on their screen when i first arrived) I then went and bought my daughter lunch but before leaving i let them know and left my daughters colors with one of the staff and I let them know that those were my daughters chosen colors and I was scoffed at and given an eye roll in reply. I literally couldn’t believe what had just happened and I tried to convince myself and my kid that we were fine and that it was still going to be a great time, coming back from the cafe we continued sitting outside of the salon and after about 5 minutes a member of staff had a unique way of letting us know by walking out waving us in and walking away, i guessed a place for my daughter to sit ( the only empty booth) and she finally started her first manicure- usually I wouldn’t be upset about little things but I just felt the staff member was a bit too rough on her, this was her first time and she didn’t know how to do any part of this experience and the lady was not helpful in any way, she practically pulled my daughters arms up to the table and it just infuriated me, no manners of any kind were given to us and yet I still gave a three dollar tip because i honestly felt we had been a burden on them and caused them so much problem. Needless to say… We will find a new salon. And hopefully my daughter will erase this from her mind and make a new experience somewhere else with more attentive and helpful people.

The worst nail salon I’ve ever been , Not because you pay for a basic nail work you have to be treated badly . I hate when they talk in their own language and it’s very visible that they are talking about clients . Not a relaxing place to go . Very rude .
