Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went for my birthday to get my nails and my cousins done. We basically got the same thing but mine were longer and still charged three dollars more for me. I paid 38 while she was charged 32 and we still don’t know why when we got plain painted nails and polish that took them twenty or thirty minutes at most to do because they skipped half the process. I asked three times for pointed tips And didn’t get what I asked for even after agreeing to pay an extra five dollars. After washing my hands to do acrylic nails the nail tech went straight to polish And globbed it on so much hours later you could see my finger imprint. The nails didn’t cover my natural nail and it looked liked I needed a fill in right after having them done. I feel like we were rushed through and she didn’t finish the nail process. I’ve never gone to a salon where they go straight to polish after you wash your nails and they didn’t add any coating at all before the polish. Not only that but my polish was cracked the next day. My nails were uneven where she went over my tip with the polish on some and not others and I lost one completely the next day for no reason it just fell off. I’ve had press on nails last longer. I’m not sure why they were so unprofessional and weren’t finishing but I won’t go back there. I would like a refund but know that won’t happen. I’ve gone to other regal nails and always loved my nails so this one gives them all a bad look. I didn’t even receive what I asked for three times and feel like we were over charged while they’re board said acrylic nails start at 28. She didn’t even touch my cuticle or line up the nail to make it flush and because the polish some nails stick out further than others and the thickness isn’t even. These pictures are next day And I already look like I need a fill in and had my pinky nail completely fall off during the night and break. They won’t last long because they didn’t even finish the process at all, I’ve never had such a bad job done at any nail salon before And never had them not finish the process but I noticed some people were getting the full process while random walk ins or new people were being rushed through. I wanted more done but by the time she wasn’t even listening to what I wanted and had charged what she did I didn’t want to spend more money on bad nails. I would like a refund or at least a redo possibly at another regal salon but I know that won’t happen.
