Honestly I didn’t want to go here but since it’s near my house I decided to give it a try and it’s actually different from the reviews I’ve read. The owner is very polite and friendly, the staff with good skills and experience. Massage service is gentle and comfortable. She was so rough with my feet had to make her stop. She didn’t even finish my nails. I paid for a service that was incomplete and not professional at all. They were more about getting people in as fast as they could instead of giving you a good service. We will never go back there again.

Cut me down to my nail beds and charged me $15 to soak off acrylic when the pricing list said $10. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The salon was absolutely disgusting and employees were rough and rude.

I don’t know where to begin! I had the worst experience ever here. First off she did things to my nails that I did not ask her too. I went in for a simple fill in, i had all 10 nails non were broken or cracked. She took off 3 of my nails and swore they were broken and they weren’t then she shaped them completely different from the others. Me explaining to her politely as possible that I wanted my nails all the same shapes and I wanted to let her know before she finished so it would be easier for her but she argued with me, started being very rough with my hands then talked about me in her language the entire time. How do I know? she kept pointing at me (yes in my face) and all her coworkers kept looking at my nails. An on top of all this she charged me for things I asked her not to do but she insisted that she do it anyways. I will never go back here again

They don’t listen here. You tell them that you want something a certain way and they do it how they want to. Not to mention the wait. Even when you’re in the chair they leave to do other things and don’t even do a good job. Was asked if I wanted my eyebrows done and I said no. Lady persisted that I get them done anyway and that she would just shape them and keep them thick. She left them paper thin and said that once they grew back they would look good. Worst experience ever.

The fist time i came here the woman cut my finger and started ripping my dry skin off with clippers when I told her it wasn’t necessary. I didnt say anything about it. The third time one of the workers ripped a chunk of my nail off and obviously made it bleed. They laughed and made a joke out of it while they were fixing it. My mom called them to speak with the manager while I was still in the salon and they were blowing her off right in front of my face. I have never been so blatantly disrespected by anyone working in a customer service job. I will never go here ever again and highly recommend you choose another salon.

If I could give a 0 I would. We are leaving at 4:36pm and have been sitting with our feet in water for 30-45 mins. We say we are leaving and get told they will be with us in a few mins. As we get up, no apology, offer of assistance; not even an offer of a towel to dry my feet!!! Worst experience in a salon, of my life! Don’t waste your time here. Some of us have kids that we have to get people to watch, are single mothers, only get a pedicure once in a blue moon, and can’t sit until our feet HURT from being submerged. And before there is an excuse of being busy, there were two other customers. Hopefully our walk out, will allow the other pedicure that just sst down to get service quickly. Disgusted!!!!!

This place is disgusting! Flys flying all over the place, out dated equipment. Noticed they didn’t clean the pedicure baths between each customer, just added a plastic lining. The nail station for the manicures are stained and dusty, dirty with God knows who’s cut nails and Acrylic clippings… We had to prepay for our services, party of 2… Not even 15 minutes in and I’m already dreading this! Ooo, Dear God who eats a sandwich wail getting their nails done?!?
