Critical: ProfessionalismI called to check their prices on a new full set of Acrylic Nails.. The price they quoted was VERY reasonable, so I asked them if they were busy within the next 30 minutes.. She said, “No, we’re not busy right now.. You can come in now if you’d like..” So I did.. The 2 ladies were VERY VERY friendly & professional (the entire time I was there).. One of the men did my nails & he was very nice.. I told him EXACTLY what I wanted & he did EXACTLY that! He did an amazing job & he was very fast & thorough.. I couldn’t be more pleased.. I gave ‘him’ 2-Stars because, while I was picking out my polish, (which took LESS than 2 or 3 minutes!) this man decided to come up to the polish stand & yell at me & tell me, “You’re taking WAY TOO LONG to pick out a color! You need to hurry up RIGHT NOW because I have other customers! Customers are waiting because of you!!!”UUUMMMM, EXCUSE ME?! I’m paying you to do something for me NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TAKES! I’m paying you for my time & those other customers are paying you for their time, so you’re getting paid no matter what! I was there less than an hour & it took less than 2-3 minutes to pick my polish but you simply CANNOT treat your customers like that & you CANNOT talk to people like that (especially IN FRONT of the rest of the customers & staff in the salon) You cause embarrassment & humiliation which, for me, results in anger.. Me writing you a bad review.. & Me spreading the word to ALL of my friends & family to NEVER go there!I would’ve given them a 5-Star rating but after the way he talked to me, I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! I called to check their prices on a new full set of Acrylic Nails.. The price they quoted was VERY reasonable, so I asked them if they were busy within the next 30 minutes.. She said, “No, we’re not busy right now.. You can come in now if you’d like..” So I did.. The 2 ladies were VERY VERY friendly & professional (the entire time I was there).. Critical: QualityMy gel acrylics only lasted 8 days, and then fell off. Was a pain to take off the glue residue and I still have some on my nails. Its been a week since they fell off and theres still glue residue on my nails. Would not recommend.Service: Manicure
