I absolutely love Kelly!!! She is one of the best nail artists in the Roanoke Valley! I see a few bad apples post reviews that are pretty bad and mainly it’s because they are trying to get a free set of nails, it’s rather ridiculous! Here’s the thing, Kelly is one of the most understanding individuals you will ever meet. Most people want to wait until she’s completely done and go home and say something about her sets, but why not say anything the moment she is doing your nails? If she is in the process of doing your nails and you don’t like something, SPEAK UP!! She will make sure you leave her salon happy! Kelly, you have always done an amazing job with my nails and I would never go anywhere else! Love you girl!

I have went to Kelly in the past but my last experience was far from what I expected! I’m goin on vacation for my birthday n told Kelly I want black nails and for her to freestyle .. well this is her work! Thumb was bumpy had to ask her to fix. Whatever ombré she did looked Terrible n she had to fix n take off.. French manicure was not neat.. still now some nails longer than others design looks horrible I hate my nails and she should be embarrassed to say this her work !! While my nails were drying she left n went to another desk to wk on another cust n didn’t say bye or nothing to me n had another employee assist me n take my money!! How u mad at me cause u did a horrible job on my nails n u know it n then want to act as if u mad I’m complaining!! She tried to act like it my fault cause I didn’t bring a pic. Girl all the nails u do u should be able to freestyle work. These nails were done yesterday n I’m leaving on vacation Tuesday!!! She claims the middle nail is marble where!! I can say Kelly admitted she was wrong n gave me my money back! Ty for that Kelly but because of wk n seemingly attitude I will not return

Honestly best salon experience probably ever. For 1. Both people that worked on my nails did an excellent job (I’m very picky!) & gave me exactly what I asked for. (SNS, matte, in specific color with a specific design.) 2. The owner is down to earth & very personable! A nice relief in comparison to others that make you feel like a burden for anything.

I got a pedicure and a full set 1 week ago. 2 days after the gel polish on one of my toes came off. As of today 6 nails have already lifted and 3 have came all the way off. They weren’t flush with the cuticle to begin with. Not worth $90 not even a little bit.

Kelly is the best nail tech in Roanoke i have been too & i have tried out alot of salons. nobody does my nails as good as her. anytime i show her a picture of what i want she always delivers. & for my pedicures Hannah does a great job. i always recommend them both when anyone ask me where should they go to get their nails/feet done.
