Let me start off by saying that it’s been a while since I last got my nails done and this was the last place I had them done at. I went in today at about 1130am. There was only one customer there at the time and she was already being helped. So I sat and waited for someone to help me. About five minutes later and no help, a lady came in and they helped her right away. Nothing was even said to me. I see other nail techs so I thought one of them was going to help me. Two more people come in and they help them right away. At this point it’s almost noon and I have not even been talked to. Once 12 came around I get ready to leave and I am finally addressed. They do my nails and ask what I want and I showed them two photos of ideas I had. I got moved from one tech to another before they even finished filing my nails. While my nails did not turn out as I had planed, I do like the color for the most part. But after getting home is noticed that my nails are not even consistent. My thumb nail is not even at all, I had jagged edges on some of them and gel nail polish that was not cleaned up from when she smeared it. Not worth the 35$ I paid. All I asked for was red, black and silver nails. Will be looking for a new place to go for nail needs.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI got a pedicure from this salon. When I was called back, the tools were already laid out— not grabbed from the sanitizer. I wrote it off as anxiety since I rarely treat myself to stuff like this. I have now had *two* infections from my big toes. The woman who did my pedicure dug way too deep into my nail bed & made cuts, which have gotten infected. I recently got my second round of antibiotics for the second infection. I have never had a problem with them. I’ve gone to Jimmy consistently for two years and have been treated lovely by every single person. Affordable price, great quality, kind staff. I’ve had my current nails on for a month and they’re still perfect.

Got my nails done for Valentine’s day, so I only had these nails on for 2 weeks!!!! I don’t even have to do nothing but tap my fingers on the counter and literally a nail pop off just that easy !!! I have 5 nails that just popped right of without be barely doing anything… If I knew how to put a picture up I would!!!! They definitely weren’t worth $35.. I went there to see if I could get a discount or something and they told me there nothing that they can do!!! I have gotten my nails done for 3 years and this is the worst experience ever!!!!!!!
