I have gone here several times. Most times I am pleased with my experience. However, the last few times I have realized that just because you write your name on the book and STAY waiting in the salon…. You will be bumped regardless!! My most recent experience I came in there were several names ahead of me but only two people waiting. I just thought people didn’t cross their name off when they left. So I’m waiting… and waiting. The person I was sitting next to was called to the station. Then a while later two others came in (apparently they were special clients) one signed in after me and the other was (assuming) signed in in front of me but was not present when they were ready for them. But they too were taken before me. I don’t typically do reviews but I have tried several times to make appointments and told all times I’ve asked that they do not take appointments. But apparently they do take appointments… just not for me apparently. I’m not opposed to the first come first serve way of business but I don’t feel it’s good business to play favorites with customers who have been waiting patiently in the salon just to be bumped by the person who wasn’t present. I won’t be returning!!

this place absolutely sucks. my got my nails done yesterday and my nails are POORLY shaped. and some are even starting to fall off. and all i did since yesterday was eat, sit and walk. never go to this place. i will DEFINITELY be going to a different place next time. it was a WAIST of $48 Acrylic nails

Sunday 5-16–21. 4 of us were waiting for the salon to open at 10. A girl came and stuck her hand through the wire door and put 2 names down in front of everyone waiting and claimed, “oh u can do that”, even though some of us had been waiting far longer than them. We than put our names down and put here before #’ so and so. The owners came and still took them ahead of us. So much for not taking appointments and being able to jump the line.
