Yesterday I visited this nail spa. i had a friendly experience in the beginning with Mindy, however the job was very sub par. the women who did my nails did not take her time at all. she cut up my cuticles and filled the french tip so unevenly. my thumb nail had a glob of acrylic on the back that i had to file down myself. i also paid for my eyebrows to be waxed i understand it’s not the ritz but this girl ruined my eyebrows, was so upset I just wanted to get out of there. I still gave her a 6 dollar tip and was rudely just kind of walked away from when I was done. I will never go to this establishment again.

As I sat in the chair and watched (intensely) as the stylists performed her magic, I was overcome with joy . If you’re in need for a new nail center, keep walking….. I wish I had! The additional “extra” fee’s they charge you AFTER they have already started your nails just keeps going up. When I sat down I was told $65, I left having to paying $85 (no design work requested & one color) and I walked out not with what I asked for at all. To top it off the work done was unfinished and the gel polish that isn’t even 24 hours old is lifting from where the nail tech continued to try to smooth out bumps in the polish instead of removing the polish and starting over. (See photos below)
