I have been coming here for a little over a year now. I love how they are like a family friend towards you. The atmosphere is quite and inviting. I think what impressed me the most is they are not perfect and don’t try to act all perfect. Instead you bring in what you want and they try to find a way to give you that or as close to what you want as possible. Also I have to say that when ever they mess up and you ask for a correction they go above and beyond to make that correction because they want you to be happy with their service. Also I’m VERY picky and very CRITICAL about my hands and they usually spend two to three hours tops on just my hands and feet. They never complain. Sometimes I go in groggy and tired but they don’t mind me and my being a grouch sometimes. They are very understanding people and they are just very pleasant to be in their company. Mr. T does my nails mainly and Miss Katie does my Eyebrow waxing. My feet are usually done by either Mr T, Katie or some of the others in the shop. The reclining message chairs are a plus. The quality of the products they use is a 10/10 for me. They also do massages on hands feet and legs after they complete your mani and pedi and they always have Devine skills with their hands in this area. I can’t tell you just how wrong you are if you complain that they are anything but friendly, professional and just a group of people. If you got something you didn’t particularly want if you ask them before you leave, they will fix it and do whatever they can to have you leaving their shop happy. Below is some of the nail work that has been done for me here. ❤️❤️❤️✋

Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityI’m waiting for it to open so I can get gel nails and I have pretty much had everyone that works there do my nails and pedicure. The only thing I don’t like is the price changes by who does your nails and they all do a great job but I wish the price would be the same every time. They have convent hours and every employ is very nice. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is they need to stick to a price because it all depends on what there tip will be if they charge me to much and it’s not like they have crazy prices because I’ve been to different places that charge almost $25 more and the Walmart location is very convenient for me.Services: Pedicure, ManicureI’m waiting for it to open so I can get gel nails and I have pretty much had everyone that works there do my nails and pedicure. My mom and I had pedicures today. We had a great experience. Everyone was so friendly, the staff all had a great sense of humor as well, which was a nice surprise. They totally didn’t rush they were not pushy at all. When we left they were waiving good bye to us. This is our new “go to place” 5 star!

Please, if your reading this never go here. I wanted to find an affordable place to go and get my nails done for my senior ball. This place scarred me for life and I don’t think I’ll ever get my nails done ever again. It was the first time I ever got acryillics done to my nails. My nails are a little bit on the smaller side, but I didn’t think that was going to be a problem. It took about 4 hours to get them done, they put it on wayyy too thick, and sanded my hand several times until bleeding occured. I was switched around to 3 different nail technicians during this time and it was extremely painful. After the acrylics came off, it took my nails months to heal fully. On the bright side, they do wax your eyebrows nicely here and they will do a good job painting your nails. NEVERTHELESS, DO NOT GET ACRYLICS HERE.

Critical: QualityWent there today for a dip manicure. Picked out my colors and everything was going great til the actual dip process started. There seemed to be an issue with the actual activators so they used what seemed to be just plain OPI topcoat instead. Then the girl didn’t use any base powder, just went straight to the color (I’ve had many dips and they’ve always used the base so this seemed odd but I’m not the professional) then instead of buffing it smooth she used the dremil tool which basically filed off a bit of the 2 layers of powder she did. Then lots of gel top coats on top. I get home and less than 2 house later there’s ridges and dents in the powder on 3 nails so naturally I go back to the salon. One of the gentlemen working was going to just try to put more topcoat on and call it fixed but I said that wasn’t going to work since there were actual dents in the powder. So the girl once again takes out the dremil and files even more off leaving the dip even thinner and puts about 4 layers of gel on top. I’ll be surprised if these last a week. Needless to say I won’t be back. Oh and that doesn’t even include the one random nail that’s super thick and over my nail.Went there today for a dip manicure.
