Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe worst costumer service I ever experienced the worst attitudes and disgusting manners they don’t care to do a good job they just want money I paid 70 for these because there long but my friend was getting the same length if anything longer and they didn’t charge her for length they pick and chose there prices when they feel like it and this is how they came out I asked for something completely different the lady at the front desk was so incredibly rude she told me I had to pay extra because apparently my nail bed was too small and it was too much work to do so unprofessional and there so rough when doing nails the lady doing my nails argued with me because she cut my nails too short and I asked for them to be longer even though she cut them without asking me if I wanted the nails long or not .
