Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Qualityi went to get my nails done tonight and the first thing she does is slide her thumb nail under my broken nails and POP THEM OFF. i flinched but she didn’t even bother apologizing or asking if i was ok. so then she starts to apply the acrylic and as she goes to use the dremel and file them down, she cuts my thumb and causes it to bleed, ripping off a small chunk of skin. she asked if i was okay, and then proceeds to talk to the others and obviously make fun of me. she then begins filing with a handheld nail file super quick and painfully. so she tells me she can’t do the design i want and offers for marble instead. they come out so horrible and splotchy. she didn’t set or cure my nails once during the process. once she’s completely done with the design, she asks me to hold my fingers up to a tiny fan. they obviously didn’t cure so she made me put my hands under a blue light that wasn’t strong or close enough to my nails to cure. my nails are now getting destroyed every time i touch them, and the bleeding cut has put me at risk of infection.Services: Nail art, Manicure, Acrylic nailsi went to get my nails done tonight and the first thing she does is slide her thumb nail under my broken nails and POP THEM OFF. i flinched but she didn’t even bother apologizing or asking if i was ok. so then she starts to apply the …More

I came in for a gel manicure and the woman who was doing my nails filed them down in not even 2 minutes and wanted me to tell her the color right away. The whole experience was legitimately 15 minutes long. I asked the woman before she put the polish on if she was going to push down my cuticles and she said yes… then completely ignored it and started to put the gel polish on right after that. She did not smooth my natural nail out when she filed them down so the gel polish was bumpy and uneven when she put it on. I told her it was bumpy and the man stepped in to help her put the polish on my nails. He was also very rude. The manicure itself came out bumpy, uneven, and bulky. I gave her the money for my nails plus a tip and she did not even say thank you or have a nice day. She took the money and said nothing, VERY bad attitude. I came in for a gel manicure and the woman who was doing my nails filed them down in not even 2 minutes and wanted me to tell her the color right away.
